My son told my daughter tonight, “I think that’s the best haircut you’ve ever gotten. I give it 5 stars”. Had to come share! I’ve been coming here for a little over a year. The whole family gets their hair cut here and we all love it ❤️
Ok, had appointment with the owner. She had 2 other clients at the same time. My color is TERRIBLE and cut is WORSE. Christine did not listen to my wants, but she complained the whole time about her past lovers. After 4 hrs she offered to fix my now ash blonde hair when I specifically told her I wanted white blonde. I didn’t have time for that. Called today for her to fix it and never heard back. It was FREEZING in there and I had to wait for over an hour with a totally wet head. I’ve heard so many complaints about this place since then! Oh, she charged me way over 200 dollars for this! Go to JMeraki on Marion for the best of the best. Not here!!!!
My walled got ripped off without the hesitation! Seems this salon has this issue, according to past reviews. I am upset with my last visit with Claudia! Scheduling was quick and easy, got in chair before the appointment time, I explained what I wanted, it was partial highlight with haircut, no blow drying. As last time I was charged extra because of it. Also explained color and tone I wanted in warm tone. Ended up with over lighten front, middle part half way of the result, and other half of the back head hair wore untouched and left with my natural hair. Got charged with price as full highlight 175$, but according to last time charges apparently should be less without blow drying. I was not satisfied with the results, as I was charged for full highlight 175 and upset, asked to have it redone and make at least one picture of me not 3! Receptionist said it can be fixed without the extra charge. Claudia got me back in chair. Added a few highlights on the back, toned hair a little, but not close what I asked, and only at the end when I was about to leave, said that her boss said to charge me another 50$! Asked why you are charging me not what it says pricing online? She had her answers and arguments. That her pricing is different. Seems like her chair does not belong to this salon! On their website says: partially highlight, touch up, haircut and blow dry is 145$! Full highlight, touch up, and haircut 175$! So, my appointment ended up 225$. For that price I don't know who would charge that price for this type if service! I have seen other specialist before in this salon and newer had this issue!
Place was great. Very accommodating and made sure to get my hair exactly how I wanted it.

Today was my first time at the Blonde Owl and I’m so happy I found this place!! Claudia was AMAZING! She gave me a full highlight, cut and blow out. She turned my dull lifeless blonde into illuminating glory and exceeded my expectations. ☺️ I love this place!

Misty is a great Receptionist, she always helps me when I need an appointment or change an appointment. Misty is quick to ask if I’d like coffee or water.
It’s a Great Salon!
Professional friendly, and experienced. Highly recommend. Michelle is my great hairdresser. All of them know what their doing.
