My first visit to this establishment I thought Peter did a good job, but less than 1 week my left thumb gel nail fell off, now today the 8th of Oct the second thumb came off Sunday the 10 of October would have make 2 weeks I got them done. Terrible!! The pedicure lady sucks she was done with a gel pedicure in less than 7 minutes.. I looked down and asked her if she’s finished because I was shocked!
I was wondering why the salon was so empty. Do not go to this salon.
I went in to ask how much it was for a fill the lady told me 30 dollars and I looked up at the board to only realize the price list was in my face and it says 18 up there my nails are short as hell so I asked her why does it say 18 and I showed her my nails was short she instantly gets an attitude and told me if I don’t like I can go some where else. HER ATTITUDE WAS NOT NEEDED AND SHES LUCKY I DONT HAVE TIME TODAY BUT I DONT LIKE BAD ATTITUDES AND ALL I DID AS A CLIENT/ CUSTOMER WAS ASK HER A QUESTION VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! I will never come and I hope nobody wants that rangers on there body

I definitely would NOT return here. I got my manicure and pedicure here .I asked the lady who was doing my nails to use my new nail kit supplies, she said she can’t use them because it was difficult. She decided to go back and use her own supplies when i asked if she sterilized her utensils and she said yes than put alcohol on them when i just seen her take them out her little box she had in her cart. She didn’t clean my toes properly nor paint them correctly . She even painted the skin. super frustrated I just paid and left .. charging me $100 for just a regular manicure and pedicure. No design !! No extra treatment. Very disappointed on what this business offer for a disappointing result . They should go back into training or shut this place down.. sadly I ended up with fungus on my toes and fingers and I’m in the process of treating it.. once again. DO NOT COME HERE !!
Peter is the best nail tech I’ve had in a while. He can do any design just show him a picture of it. Cherry is good with eyebrows. Perfect every time. They all have a sense of humor & make you comfortable. Not the fastest, but they take their time & it comes out flawless.
I been going to this spa for over a year they never disappoint. Good work and friendly place. I have only one foot that I can do and got charged for two. I tried not to go for about 9 months. I had to go and was not disappointed, they resolved the 1 foot issue. I'm happy and you'll be happy also. Check them out. I'm sure you'll be a regular also..
Peter and his staff do a great job my Nails are always fly my feet be on point eyelashes and eyebrows the best.. me and my daughter love love ???? them. Peter is the best nail tech in all of LA County.
They starting to mess my nails up a lot now I don't know look at my nails it is no shine or polish it this is the second time they polish them and I got them done yesterday
