Got my nails done here less than 24 hours ago and the paint is literally falling off only 4/10 nails still have paint on them. Less than a hour after leaving the building one chipped and fell off completely a few minutes later. For reference I got a gel manicure. The lady who did them was not vary friendly but wasn't rude either over all not a great experience.
Alrighty so I went inside ready to get my nails done so I can show the gurllllls I went from lizard fingers to chicken fingers babyyyy real quick!
I get settled in, and this lady named Juney with the nike shirt came to slay my lizard hands to rest. I knew I was in good hands because Ms.GURLLL had on the Nike shirt and took the slogan “Just do it” to whole nother level babyyy. I mean I was nervous at first because I don’t do well with people but the calming music they had playing while doing my nails had me relaxed like I was at the beach sun bathing. Juney took customer service seriously- majority of the time of me being in the chair I felt a mom of 6 getting away to have me time. When im only 6 months with my first! ????️????????️❤️ The gurlllls is cackling if they don’t go to The Best Nails& Spa to get their nails done! Prices is good and service.
I really enjoyed my visit here. They were all so polite. Amy was very sweet and I love how she took her time on me. She did a fantastic job on my nails, turned out great. I will be coming back. I highly recommend this place, especially Amy :)
Both times that myself and my daughter have been here Jenny has done an amazing job! I show her a picture or tell her what I want and she does exactly like what I show her. Lisa has done wonderful with my pedicures. This time I went with the five-star pedicure! I highly recommend it! Very clean establishment and very friendly accommodating staff..
The manager was really nice but he kept leaving me to help with other customers since they did not have enough staff. He did not prep my nails at all and I didn’t realize until he already adhered the tips. One of my nails is crooked & they look awful. I wanted to complain but I’m just not confrontational. We went here because my nail girl at my other place left (Anne- you the MVP) but we won’t be back unfortunately.
Always go here to get my nails done, and have been happy every time.
Very clean and pleasant atmosphere. Came for homecoming nails. Must have gotten a new girl - she did OK. Overall, would be back but would confirm experience with the nail tech first. They offer pedis, waxing, and massage too.
They over charged me for a refill which was horribly done she was trying to do one layer of polish even though it was messed up I had to yank my hand to get her to fix it they charged me $110 it was $70 for a refill I don’t ever leave reviews but I was over charged if I could leave zero stars I would. If you look close enough you can see where the old refill was she really did a horrible job.
