Absolutely a phenomenal meal. The Bedford menu is quite extensive with a Prix fixe option that leaves you full.
I do recommend adding on the bread basket as the assortment is delicious especially the Parker Rolls and sour cherry focaccia.
For a refreshing drink be sure to order Martha's Lemony Lemonade. " It's a good thing."
We had a really good meal with great friends. I had the chicken, and my wife had the Halibut. Both were perfectly prepared and very flavorful. We shared the bread basket appetizer, and the cranberry bread was so tasty that I endured my gluten sensitivity to enjoy it.
If I have an issue, it's that the price point is likely higher than it should be. I believe it is the reason I was able to walk right in!
Enjoyed our first visit to The Bedford. Good experience although I wouldn’t say it was stellar. Service a little spotty, I would have ordered another drink if I could have caught the servers attention. My salmon was great, pierogis were delicious, other dishes were ok. The stuffed squash blossoms were too bready with too thick of a corn starch breading, should be prepared with a panko breading instead of corn starch with more filling. The bread basket was probably my favorite thing on the menu. Cocktail program needs some work, not the best margarita I’ve ever had, whiskey old fashioned needs a full 5 oz pour instead of the light pour they gave for a pretty high price point, but my martini was good. Lemon drop had an huge ice cube which took up too much real estate in the glass and made it too watery. Overall ok just not my best dining experience in Vegas, but I don’t regret going, it’s such a competitive environment for wallet share dining in Vegas.
We love Martha so I was super excited to visit her restaurant, the host staff we so sweet (even upgraded our table) but our waiter was pleasant but short and not really hospitable. We spent $135 for the perogies ($30), squash blossoms, butternut salad and pumpkin pie.
Brown butter perogies were good but not $30 good, salad was dressed deliciously. The disappointment was with the deep dish pumpkin pie. It’s not deep dish, it’s a tart. I think ours was old because the crust wasn’t crisp, the meringue had an off flavor and the pie filling was weeping (losing water). I don’t think we’ll return unfortunately.
This restaurant is a complete waste of time and money, Vegas has far better experiences to offer. The food was unimpressive and overly salted, I had ordered the halibut, which was overcooked and rubbery, and made less appetizing by the salty tomato "sauce," which was watery and bland. Even better, the presentation was sloppy, and a lemon wedge was left floating in the dish. If you wanted to garnish the halibut, you had to dig into the bowl and get your hands covered in sauce first. The $200 tomahawk steak, which did not include any sides, was also poorly seasoned and surprisingly tough considering the price point. The cost is meant to include the experience of being served table side, but even this was a pathetic show of a staff member struggling to carve through a leathery steak which was cold by the time it was actually served. If you want a side of bread, or any side at all, expect to pay more for what is already an overly priced mediocre meal. You would imagine a Martha Stewart restaurant might make itself worth your time with the atmosphere, at least. The setting was great if you've always wanted to dine in the middle of an Ikea showroom, complete with dusty faux plants (even most bathrooms in Vegas have the decency to use fresh flowers.) On a busy weekend night, there were very few people dining at the Bedford, and even fewer enjoying themselves. Like the table next to me, I ended up taking the majority of my food home, and $500 later, I left hungry. Save your time, money, and appetite for something amazing while you're in Vegas. Not the Bedford.
When your restaurant is an exact replica of your house, you know it is going to be fabulous—especially when that somebody is Martha Stewart. All the decor in the restaurant is identical to Martha’s house. Even the window view is from her farm and seasonal! I was impressed with the concept and even more impressed with the food. The assorted bread basket costs $20 and I balked at paying that much for bread. After one bite I would have paid double. Flatbreads had a vibrant appearance and taste! Cherry focaccia is beyond words. The appetizer to get is Big Martha’s (her mom) pierogis. They literally melt in your mouth. Absolutely amazing! Also try the chicken for two, which can easily serve three since it is a whole chicken carved table side. And the service was incredible. So attentive and pleasant. Overall perfect experience and will definitely be returning!

Our experience began with a delightful assortment from the bread basket, each bite a symphony of flavors and textures that hinted at the culinary prowess awaiting us. It was a prelude to what would be an extraordinary culinary adventure.
The star of the evening was undoubtedly the halibut with tomato broth. With each spoonful, the depths of flavor unfolded like a carefully crafted masterpiece. The halibut, perfectly cooked to tender perfection, seamlessly married with the rich, aromatic tomato broth, creating a harmony of taste that danced on the palate. It was a culinary revelation, a dish that transcended mere sustenance to become an unforgettable culinary experience.
