Very nice bar! Bartender was great, best patty melt I have had in Ohio. Music was a good volume, so talking was possible and good selection.
I have visited several bars in Canton and Basement locations and this spot is head and shoulders above the rest with their customer service! They ask how you are doing and actually listen to your answer! Waiters, waitresses, and bar tenders make every guest feel like a regular. Same AWESOME service on holidays too! I usually come within the last hour or so they are open and everyone treats you like you are the first customer of the day. They keep their kitchen open very late, which is awesome to have quality food options late night. Food is always fresh and tasty with great portions for the price. Thank you for putting in the extra effort to make my experiences outstanding!
The food is average at best. Last time I was there we had the worse service ever. Also FYI the owner that also co owns sunrise social, town tavern, upper deck with James House like to cuss their employees out and make sure they are dressing as proactive as possible and if they aren’t they get sent home or fired. Will never spend money at ANY of these businesses again. Disgusting behavior coming from business owners!! Karma will do all the work and take the trash out. Be careful what you put out there!!
Even while busy and Ryan was seemingly the only one serving he did an awesome job. Food is always delicious and there was chill lovely live music. 10/10 would reccomend
This crew of staff is one of the BEST! Servers Emma and Bartenders Olivia just shine within! Makes us feel special and important even tho we just one of the gang! Cheers to them for doing the good work! Tips baby Tips!
I love the place. I don't drink alcohol but they make me feel like I'm part of the grespecially in North Canton. A young lady named Sarah. She is so sweet and she always make sure I'm taking well care of.
Horrible business owner in bed with James House. House likes to shame and verbally abuse his staff in front of patrons. He also compares his staff to those with disabilities, shaming all parties involved. Avoid all Basements, Town Tavern, and Sunrise Social. Give your money to decent human beings.
I’ve ordered from here a few times through DoorDash and I order the same thing every time. Chicken Mafia. Fettuccine with grilled chicken, green peppers, tomato, mushrooms and banana peppers in a light aioli (I think).
It is freakin amazing. Huge portion. Enough for 2 people at least. Comes with garlic toast. It’s a tad spicy just the way I like it. I’ve never had anything like it before. Whoever came up with it is a genius. Highly recommended!!
