Never again!!! My son went to get his hair cut… she cleaned up around the ears and had the worst fade ever. A chunk on the top (which he asked her NOT TO TOUCH) was so much shorter than the rest. It looked like a toddler took a chunk off. I still cannot get over the huge line she left unblended.
The next haircut, asked for an adult hair cut. Come to find out, she only cleaned up his neck and around the ears. Please let your imagination run wild because I cannot even begin to explain how these hair cuts looked at the end.
If you’re that unhappy with the profession you decided on or are that bad please quit vs doing a half done job on people. I am all about giving places a try but that was a very very bad idea.
If I could give this place a zero I would. They need staff willing to work. You want to get a haircut and they tell you if you want to wait 1 hour/12. It is ridiculous that not having a job they make you wait, they prefer to be walking in the place than serving consumers. "ZERO"
I usually have decent service and results when I go here, but I wanted to give a shout-out to Alethea! She is the only person I have found so far in the Wausau area that did an amazing job waxing my eyebrows! Thank you!
The last time I went I had the worst cut of my life, uneven everywhere. Today my mother went, had an appointment with Nicole and after waiting over 20 minutes Nicole took a walk in and proceeded to be extremely rude to my mother (who is in her 70’s) when she spoke up that she had an appointment.
I used to have 2 amazing stylists there and now it’s just horrible. Needless to say we won’t ever go there again.
Only place my Son and I always get good haircuts. Stephanie dyed my Son's hair bright blue, turned out fantastic!!
My sons got haircuts here today. The haircuts were really bad. The stylist had an attitude. The haircuts were so bad they had to go to another stylist to correct them. Won’t be back.
They always do a great job and are very nice.
I was able to get a walk in appointment when my friend went a week ago. I loved how the stylist I had cut my hair! I nearly got 17 inches off. Most of it was donated, which made me extremely happy! I will defiantly stick with this place
