We just wanted to leave a comment saying how wonderful our experience at The Banyan House was. We were greeted by a delightful Patricia who served us throughout the evening. She was knowledgeable, kind, funny and attentive! She was a pleasure to have as a server. She guided us to wonderful drink and meal selections. We were delighted by the tastiness of our salmon and lobster pasta! Even our drinks and pre-dinner bread rolls were delicious. Finally, I’ll add the atmosphere was gorgeous and clean. We loved the view of the sunset over the water. We look forward to returning!
Went for lunch over the weekend. Host was lukewarm but our server Jennifer was very pleasant. We sat outside and the weather was perfect although a bit chilly that day.
Small menu but they do the food well. Our server recommended the French onion soup and it really was delicious. The truffle fries were great! Can’t wait to go back for dinner.
Wonderful experience last night! We were greeted with a smile and our server Marina was amazing! She was attentive, made suggestions, and had a smile! Our food was top notch. My filet was cooked perfectly to medium and the linguine lobster was yummy! We will definitely be back!
Incredible experience from start to finish! This is by far one if the best meals we've had since moving to Wellen Park two months ago. The service, food and atmosphere were all spectacular! The Manager, Stacy, went out of his way to make our dinner special and we plan to take friends & family there whenever they are in town visiting. Run, don't walk to this gem, it's well worth it!
I dined at The Banyan House for a friends birthday and had an amazing dinner. Our server Carmen was very sweet and patient as we had a large group. It’s a cute restaurant and the food was delicious! I can’t wait to go back!
We made a sunset time reservation for a Saturday night, only 48 hours in advance and got confirmed. The hostess seated us at a table by the lake. The windows provide a perfect view of sunset. Our server Allie, was attentive without being over bearing. She had a contagious smile and warm personality. We tried everything, the bubble cosmo, the smoked old fashioned, the crab dip fondue, pork chop, and filet entree, and the chocolate cake. Everything blew me away. The French press coffee service was such a treat. I felt like a princess. It is a wonderful place for special occasion or just because!
My girlfriend and I spent our 2nd anniversary here. And we’re not disappointed. This was the best dinner we’ve ever had. She had the Salmon and I had the Rigatoni Caprese. Both were amazing. Drinks were fun. Best creme brûlée we’ve ever had! We’ll definitely be back.
We were warmly greeted. We had reservations and promptly seated at our cozy reserved half round booth. We were overlooking the sparkling lake. Talia, our Server was amazing. She knew the Cocktails, appetizers and menu. We had a round of drinks and ordered the Crab and Artichoke Fondue with bread and arm fresh crudite's. Soooooo good! Our meals were Grouper (4 inches thick and grilled to perfection!), Pot Roast ~ absolutely amazing and oh so tender and flavorful, and the Rib Eye Steak grilled to perfection! Our Server Talia was perfect in every way! Such a beautiful and memorable night. Amazing food, service and ambiance.
