They have had my boyfriends truck for 9 months... they have an excuse every time he checks on the progress.. took 7 months to finally start on it went in for compression issues.. told him he needed new heads get heads in then they tell him new motor.. ordered new crate motor paid for expedited delivery 2 months ago and the motor is still not put in. Good thing I had an extra vehicle. I think they should reimburse him at rental rates for Taking this long.
I have only had great experiences with the Auto Shop. They always fix the issue the first time and for very reasonable prices.
Only negative is that they can be busy because so many folks know their reputation..so it may take a week or more before you can get in there.
They are also always super nice to deal with as well.
The Auto shop has consistently done great work for me in the past. So much so that I wait for my family visits to Kansas to get my car work done by them. A couple of days ago the Autoshop misdiagnosed my car as having a broken transmission, and were kind enough to offer and call folks about replacement transmissions. Fearing the worst I paid the Autoshop for the diagnostic work, and took my car to Worldwide transmission in Wichita. Fortunately, the problem was not at all my transmission, but instead my hub assembly. Always get a second opinion on big ticket fixes, even if you know, love, and trust your mechanic, as I do.
Great family oriented shop. Every knowledgeable. I trust them with all my vehicles, I've been a long time customer, over 15 years. Definitely recommend!!
Since I moved here in 2003 I have used The Auto Shop. Dave and his wife are the best and really know how to make you feel good about the money you have to spend because the repairs are done perfectly!!
Absolutely legendary. Stayed late to help me. Made absolutely sure what the problem was. Didn't charge me a bunch of nonsense fees. I'd still be stranded in the area of it weren't for them.
But auto shops always provided a good service at a decent price on a timely manner I would recommend them to anyone I'll do any dealership that provide service once again I'd give them a 10 out of 10 actually 11 out of 10 they are awesome anyone that is he ever considering having work done on their vehicle should bring it to the auto shop without any hesitation
Had to have a cylinoid replaced on my brake line and they fixed it as soon as I got my vehicle there,they did a phanominal job and was very reasonable plus gave tips for check ups on services to my vehicle very released they didn't haggle me and that was very reassuring,thank you auto shop,I will use you as my mechanic when my truck needs service.
