After moving to Priest River a short time ago, I had a freak accident in my own driveway with my new car. After putting in a claim with insurance, I went to the nearest auto body shop to get an estimate. I was very impressed with the quick service and comprehensive estimate that was provided by friendly staff. I was able to get a rental car through my insurance company, and even though it was over the holidays, The Auto Collision Shop worked quickly to repair my car. When I went to pick it up, it looked brand new again! They came in at about $400 under estimate, which meant that I hardly had to use my $500 deductible! I am truly grateful for the quality work and friendly people at The Auto Collision Shop. I highly recommend that if you find yourself in an unfortunate position as I did, that you take your vehicle there for top notch service and repair!
We took our 2018 Mitsubishi to this shop after a collision. Brian did an outstanding job. The paint job matched perfectly and it drives great. Wonderful attention to detail.

Needed a significant dent repaired along with having my hood repainted. Got my truck back about a week later and it looked great. These guys went above and beyond. Got it back and not only was the repair work top knotch, but it looks as if they detailed the whole outside of my truck. They even came back after hours to let me pick up my truck as it was going to be a long weekend. Definitely recommend!

I brought my vehicle in to have a rock chip repair done. The recent construction on highway 2 caused a pretty large chip and I was concerned that it may be irreparable. Brian repaired it in no time and even stayed late so that I could pick up my vehicle after work. I would recommend these guys to all of my friends and family.
This shop did a great job ..alot of repair was needed and it was done in a reasonable time frame ...honest and courteous staff...very happy with the outcome
