I’ve been going to Raquel at Artisan Parlor for 4 years & she’s absolutely the best- I’d never let anyone else touch my hair, when I say she’s the best I absolutely mean it! From non bleach red, to black, scalp exfoliations & extensions- I’m always extremely satisfied with her work. The Salon in general has such an amazing atmosphere & aesthetic, all of the stylist there are absolute sweethearts, so supportive & genuinely so kind. I’ve never felt to welcomed in a Salon!!
First of all- THE AESTHETICS! This place has a spooky little apothecary vibe that is extremely cozy and inviting.
I have been here twice for myself, and 3 times for various daughters. We really enjoy the atmosphere.
We were all taken care of by Britt Aston, who is cheery and delightful to spend a few hours with. She preformed color services for me and my oldest daughter. She also got one of the little girls in for “fix it!” cut after little girl had been left to her own devices. Britt saved her hair!!!
I also had the joy of getting a complementary blowout from one of the apprentices and she did such a great job and was delightful to meet.
Crystal is the best in America!! She saved my hair after another stylist in the area scorched it :( She knows what she's doing and genuinely cares about your hair. We've done it all! Blonde, green, auburn, black... and she NAILS them all and somehow leaves my hair softer and healthier than ever. Plus she's just a fun time Go see her!!
I have been going to Raquel for years now and I can't say enough good words to say! Besides being super personable and comfortable to be around, she is a pro at what she does and will make sure the integrity of your hair is what matters most! Also will personalize your extension install how you wear your hair and color. Couldn't recommend enough

I had my hair done by Raquel. She is a blonde specialist. Very talented and kind. One of the best in Southern California! She is a blonde specialist and has clients that travel all over to see her. My hair is almost black naturally. I had used to have henna in my hair when I way dying it black. I wanted to go to lighter and it was a process. I found out henna lifted has a blue tint that just doesn't go away. She helped me take it red during the transition then finally platinum. Amazing!
I followed Austin from Escondido and she is so worth it. Not only is she an amazing stylist, she is also an amazing hardworking woman. I am glad she found a new home that makes her happy and able to continue her craft. I usually get my hair cut or trimmed and eyebrowthreading. She never disappoints and I highly recommend booking with her. Be quick though because her appointments go fast!!
As for the salon, it's gorgeous!! The interior is very big and Beautifully decorated. I didn't get to meet the rest of the staff or the owner but if they are hiring someone like Austin I trust them all to be amazing people as well.
Alyssa is my go-to stylist at Artisan Parlor, she is great! She's a sweet person, very accommodating and easy to talk to. She listens to what you want and achieves the goal. Love the salon atmosphere, too! I am happy I found such a great stylist for all my hair needs. I definitely would recommend her to anyone.
