Got micro braids done today. My hair turned out beautiful! I did get the wrong hair and that’s completely my fault. I will return again in a few months with the correct hair. But thanks to the ladies who braided me up quickly! They are my new braid shop!
My hair was a disaster. I asked for smedium braids and long enough to put in a bun. She thought she did something by telling me she put 7 packs of hair in my head. I advised her 7 packs of hair is going to make it heavy, I will not be able to put it in a bun. I advised her I was a nurse and we need to put my hair up in a bun. I wasn't able to put the hair up in a bun. Paid over $250 and had to take out the middle section of my hair in order to put the hair in a bun. Some of the braids are long some of the braids on short they're not equal in length I will never ever ever ever ever ever go there again. And if I could give a zero I would give a zero
I did not get what I ask for, and the sisters (owners ) and staff are extremely rude. They have no respect for their customers. If not for customers, they will not be in business. This is by far the worst braiding salon in Tampa that I have encountered. Do not spend your hard earned money here. I would give this business a zero if I could.
BEWARE!!! VERY rude ladies in there.. I asked a question..about my hair texture and the price of braiding my hair.. and they were NOT professional.. I guess they don’t like questions.. well I took my $$$ elsewhere.. . I ended up going across the street to Bally’s Hair Braiding... the ladies there here are nice.. pleasant.. and willing to explain to you about styles etc..skip this place.. go across the street to Bally’s!!

touched my hair and decided she automatically could not do my twist because my hair is “too thick” it was flat ironed and deranged and i thought as a fellow African American she would understand the texture of my hair type but i guess not
Horrible customer service they act like they don’t want money very rude but once you talk sense back into them they get it together i will not be spending any money here I would not recommend this business to anyone and also they keep the air off very cheap business
