Okay so I had to edit my review for this place the folks here just so nice I didn't think that they deserve a three-star. The customer service here is really fantastic they're super super nice. The food is really good. I had originally given them a three-star I've now moved it up to four star. As I said before I've recently quit smoking and they allow smoking in the restaurant and that keeps them from getting a five-star from me. So far as food and service I would say five star far as the atmosphere a three-star at best because of the cigarette smoke overall rating a four-star. If you're a smoker you like good food and you like good people then you're going to love this place.
It was very good!!! It reminded me of a small diner in my hometown!!! The service was Great and so was the food!!! Definitely recommend this place for breakfast!!!

I've been here several times while passing through and the food and service are both great! They don't have a sign out front so we had a hard time finding it at first but so glad we did!
They were busy but Amber did great. Our 7 person party got hot food and the order was 100% accurate. 10 out of 10.....will eat here again. Out biscuits and gravy expert said the B & G were top notch!
Awesome food very friendly, courteous server and cook. They had to close early for a personal emergency of the cook but they still took extremely good care of us assuring that we were given the time to eat and never rushed us or made us feel like they needed to leave. Absolutely every aspect of breakfast was well cooked and they have a simple easy to follow menu that is very straightforward and the prices are very affordable. The two of us are very well for under $30 which is getting very hard to do anymore so if your ever visiting the lake of the ozarks check it out and there is no sign on the building but it’s next to a pizza shop so it can’t be missed. Thanks 5 diner we will definitely be back
