Becky was great. She reached out to schedule a last minute move. The 2 guys came on time. One of them spent the entire time degrading the other one. He was bossing him around and getting upset vocally when he would “mess up” or not do what he demanded of him. I hired them for 2 hours for a job that should have taken 2 hours. They took almost 3. I was only charged an extra half hour, but looking back I am still upset about that. The one mover was taking more stuff than he could handle and would take breaks on every landing, each trip took 7-10 minutes. I barely saw the other guy and come to find out, he took several vape breaks on my front porch. They were not working effectively as a team because one was being so rude to the other. I ended up moving a lot of stuff myself and they still went a hour over what I paid. Once I got to the U-Haul where they unloaded, I saw big, fragile boxes teetering on smaller boxes. I had to reorganize everything myself.
Zero complaints here! Becky was extremely responsive. Great communication. On move day the crew of three arrived on time and worked quickly to complete the job with my husband. They even finished earlier than expected! The team was courteous and professional. Would absolutely recommend/use again.
These guys were great! They were professional, courteous, and friendly. They were careful with our belongings and very efficient! I highly recommend this company, and I will definitely use them again!
We needed heavy things moved from our sweltering third floor attic out to our barn. The guys just left, so and we couldn’t be happier. Professional, friendly, and careful. Not Nick on anything, even with narrow stairs and tight bends. Highly recommended.
These guys are lifesavers! We hired other movers who stiffed us but the 3 B helpers saved the day. We called them on a Sunday at the last minute and had a time set up for the very next day! They were on time,polite, fast,and were eager to please and take direction. They worked non stop with no problems,no damage,and great attitudes. I couldn't speak more highly of them!
These movers are amazing. They fast and affordable. They moved us last minute when our first moving company never showed up. I can't say enough what a great job they did for us.
Moving is rated as one of life’s top ten most stressful things to do. 3B Helpers did all they could to minimize my stress level. David and Twin met us at our storage units when scheduled and loaded and packed items onto a 26’ truck in the allotted time. They went above and beyond!
Scheduled for them to help me move and was told they would be there between 8-8:30. At 8:45 I called and they said they would call me back. At 9 they said they had a car accident and wouldnt be able to do the job. Poor communication through this company as I feel that they should have reached out to me instead of the other way around.
