We go out of our way to stop here when passing by Springfield. The food is delish every time. The family that owns the place and works there are always friendly and care that you have enjoyed your food. This place has the best falafels. Get the sampler player to try 4 yummy things for a great price! We'll be back for sure whenever we're in the area!
Our meal started with the grape leaves, but they had an unpleasant taste. The lamb beef shawarma mix entrée was cold, and the lentil soup was watery. Both the chicken kabob sandwich and chicken shawarma were dry, lacking sauce. The chewy pita was saved by the delicious hummus. The staff accidentally gave us a fattoush salad, which they graciously let us keep. Slow service might be due to understaffing. While not bad, the food fell short of the expectations for such a highly rated place.
This was a great pitstop on our travels. Fresh and tasty food, did not disappoint at all. Wonderful and friendly service and the vibe was fitting. Walked out full and happy.
It was the first time my family and I have been here, and it was a great experience. I had the beef kafta and it had so much flavor and was juicy. The Lebanese salad was full of flavor as well. All of the different flavors compliment each other. We also tried the pistachio baklava for dessert. It was pretty tasty. All of the food was really delicious. We would go here again. I recommend this restaurant.
We came to Springfield for another reason and decided we needed lunch. We ordered the meal for two and it was very good. We had the baba ganoush (sp?), so very tasty, the dolmas were flavourful and the entree meats were cooked perfectly.
It was good I'm probably going to try something else on the menu.The lamb didn't have that much flavor as I thought. It wasn't a wow factor for me. It's not bad though.
Finally stopped by That Lebanese Place today and I am so happy we did. Everything was amazing. The atmosphere is so welcoming. The service is top notch. The hummus is the best I've every had! We shared a Chicken Shawarma, Salad, and Fries The desserts were delicious too. And the Lebanese beer was so smooth and refreshing. We will definitely be making this place a regular stop.
*Mind Blown* Hands down some of the best food ever! Words feel insufficient. Ordered the dinner for two. Ate some wonderful lamb and chicken kebabs, beet salad, and baba ganoush. Delicious, savory Turkish coffee. The falafel actually stunned me upon my first bite.
Absolutely awesome food.
