This is the best combo banh mi in the area, even compared against Duc Huong and Huong Lan next door. The bread is light and crunchy, the pickled vegetables are fresh, they’re generous with their pate, and the meats are excellent.
They keep the seating area spotless, there’s Paris by Night music playing, and the owners are super friendly as well.
We ordered the goi ngo sen (lotus root salad) party tray. Small is is $40, and large is $60. Easy to order by phone and the man i spoke to was extremely polite. Like dang I wanted to give him a hug. The party tray was a hit and I will definitely order other stuff from them in the future.
Fast and yummy! Wanted banh mi while I was out running errands- glad I checked it out! There were a lot of other items I want to try next time!
Under new ownership, the shop is clean and less crowded. The grilled pork sandwich is juicy. You must try the dark Vietnamese coffee which is very tasty and fit all the coffee lover. Egg rolls are tasty.
I don’t know why this place has such high ratings. I ordered the Vietnamese sandwich, egg rolls, and some steam rolls from the counter. The bread for the sandwich was so old, hard, and dry. It was extremely disappointing. I could hardly taste the pâté. The egg rolls were crunchy but all you taste is noodle. The steam rolls were a couple days old. They are not fresh. I wanted to find a place that would top Duc Houng, but I guess they still reign supreme for Vietnam sandwiches. I have never gotten stale bread from them.
Banh mis were so good. Coffee and desserts were excellent. The workers were really friendly and helpful. Peaceful and clean ambience. Would definitely recommend. One of the best banh mis in the area...did not disappoint
Service was so incredible. The cashier was patient and allowed us to switch our order after we orderd. He even asked if we wanted it toasted. The food was great aswell it's a hidden gem that should be more popular.
So happy to stumbled upon this amazing spot! Our first time in here. I love that this establishment opens early. We ordered their Bbq pork Banh mi and it was absolutely delicious! One of the best bbq pork banh mi I’ve had in a long while. Thank you! We will be back soon.
