Ordered Pad Thai (3 stars) and spring rolls (2 stars). The Pad Thai was decent value for the portion and taste. But for $10 you get 4 pieces of spring rolls, each spring roll is barely 2 inches long. Don’t bother ordering these unless you want to be disappointed. Definitely will pass on these the next time.
The food was good but not great. I’ve had better Thai food.
Started with the chicken pad Thai and we had the Elephant combo.
The spring rolls were soggy and somehow cold. The chicken in the combo was a curry type chicken and it had good flavor but the chicken in my pad Thai was a rubbery bland piece of chicken. Not good at all.
The noodles were good and the flavor was good. Washed it all down with the Thai tea which was really good.
$20 for this tiny portion of Pad Thai is embarrassing. My wife, who isn’t even a big eater, was very disappointed in the size of the meal. She also said the noodles were overcooked to hell.
The only saving grace was the food was tasty but it was literally a snack size. To make matters worse they put the food in a huge container lol. Come on, an extra 50 cents in noodles could’ve saved this whole experience.
Lastly, it took about 20 minutes to receive our appetizer sized meal.
You expect a food truck to be reasonably priced considering they don’t have a full rent to pay.

I got the pad thai shrimp with a thai iced tea. Both were great! The pad thai had a ton of flavor, and the tea was so smooth and creamy.
It's a definite visit if you enjoy thai food!
We have eaten in hundreds of thai restaurants and taverns around the world and this is in top 3. Fresh ingredients, authentic recipes. Papaya salad comes spicy, if you don't like it hot, make sure you request it so. Cannot wait to return!.
Good service and short wait despite having a lot of customers. They have a large amount of seating in the area too. We got a shrimp pad thai and it was good. A little pricey and the taste for good and we were very satisfy with it.
They have a spring roll and some drink options. Also have a sushi too.
This was one of the best chicken pad thai I’ve had. The chicken was thick, juicy, and of good quality (versus the thin strips that usually come with pad thai). They play cute music too ☺️
The best Thai food on Kauai. Best taste, fresh ingredients, and feels good after eating. Super sweet Thai ladies running the cart so it’s authentic Thai food. Don’t let the reviews about slow service fool you, the service was quick when there’s not a long line. Like anything, when there’s a line, you have to wait ????
It’s in a red food truck next to Holy Grail Donuts behind the Hanalei liquor store and tropical taco.
