Ordered through DoorDash. Spent $30 for 2 “cobb salads”. Barely came with any lettuce and no toppings. The lettuce barely covered the bottom of the container. It looks like I got someone’s leftovers. I’ve ordered this salad before and this is not at all what it looked like before. Called here earlier and the guy said he’d have someone call me back after putting me on hold for over 13 minutes, no one ever called me back. Tried to get a refund through Doordash but they didn’t even refund me the full amount, not even close to it. Absolutely ridiculous. Would you pay $30 for this atrocity? I felt robbed lmao. Not to mention today was Mother’s Day and the meal was for my mom, who was also very disappointed.
After the restaurant we wanted to go to was closed for an emergency, I noticed there was a TGI Fridays and HAD to go! The atmosphere was chill and relaxing, a place I'd say is good for the whole family, but probably best for a work party/Friday night drinks with the crew and no boss around. There was only one waitress that evening for the whole place and she worked her butt off and still kept a joyous glow throughout the night. She was attentive but not to the point of annoyance, she had good credible recommendations, and was very personable. We didn't need to wait around for someone when we needed anything. The food was decent, but prices have skyrocketed. They have extremely cheap drinks, but they make up for that with their food. I'd give the place a 7/10, better than most places, but they seem a little steep for a chain. Check it out for your own opinion, and if your waitress is Holly, you know you're going to have a fine dining experience!
So this is the AL pastor bowl I got last night. This bowl was 16$ DO you SEE this!?!? I was so beyond disappointed it’s not even funny. I ordered my food thru UberEats, my delivery driver was great. It was the food that was mind blowing! ???? I also ordered a kids chicken tender meal, I asked for bbq sauce on the side they put it on the 3 tenders. I ordered 2 “slushies” y’all should see what I got! I literally got 2 drinks with mad ice cubes in them?! Idk what happened last night at this restaurant but y’all forever LOST 2 customers because this is the 2’nd time ordering from y’all with this much dissatisfaction & disappointment!

The food was tasty. Our bartender, Maggie was so awesome, very knowledgeable of the menu and made our drinks with love. We will be back very soon.
We happened to stop on on the fourth of July for a little afternoon lunch. It's been a while since I've visited this chain, and I don't know what I was thinking. Everything was great!
From the quick friendly greeting, to the open atmosphere, to the tasty drinks and delicious food.
The cotton candy drink was sweet and refreshing. The mozzarella sticks had a cheese pull of the gods, and the marinara wasn't overly acidic
Our burgers were perfectly cooked and the bun was fresh and tender.
Our server Kelly knocked it out of the park.
I would gladly eat here again!
Ordered 3 meals and none of the meals received were what we ordered. We ordered two chicken sandwiches and steak meal, and got mozzarella sticks, chicken wings and fries. I dont know who was in the kitchen, but the Mozzarella sticks we got sent HAD MASHED POTATOES. I can’t even make this up.
I brought my spouse and two young children this location on Sunday, 2/25/24, Around 2pm. We were seated in the bar area at a booth. At first, it appeared they were short staffed because we noticed that 3 families got up and walked out, having not received service. We ordered drinks and chips and salsa. The drinks we received with within 10 minutes but we didn't get our chips and salsa until around the 45 minute mark. At around the 25 minute mark, we placed our appetizer & food order. When the chips and salsa finally arrived, my wife asked our waitress about the status of our appetizer; well, our she never came back to tell us and we never received it. As we looked around, we noticed that people who were seated after us received their food. I also noticed that a man behind the bar seemed very chatty with the 3 people at the bar, while there was dishes everywhere. He placed little urgency to police up the dishes while socializing with the bar patrons - all of whom received their food and drinks in a reasonable amount of time. At the hour mark, I walked up to the bar, where our waitress seemed to be avoiding us, and I told her that we were ready to leave - to which she replied "oh...let me go check on your food". The next thing I know, the guy behind the bar approached me and proceeded to identify himself as the manager; then asked, "how can I make it right, now?", offering to buy our meals if we stayed. We should have taken a clue from the 3 other families we saw leave hungry. Not to worry though; we took our big appetites (which we worked up waiting for you guys) across the street to Texas Roadhouse, where we received amazing service, and left with full bellies, in less time than we spent waiting for chips and salsa at this TGIF location. This wasn't the first time we were disappointed by the complete disregard for service, urgency, or our order, at this location; but I assure you it was our last.
There is something comforting about having lunch at a TGI Fridays. I got my favorite whisky chicken strips and they were as good as I always remember them to be. I go there when I'm craving them and am happy to report that they are consistently delicious! My table was also visited by the new manager, Shelby, who was so attentive to all customers who came in the door. She checked on my food and wanted to know if there was anything she could do to make my experience better! We will be back!
