Bartender only acknowledges non black people. My friend and I came to the bar and we sat right in front of him and he never acknowledged us. The other bartender had to come over from the other side of the bar to take care of us. At first we thought he was just in the weeds but then when other non black people came to the bar he got to them very quickly. The only time he acknowledges black people is when they call out for him other than that he pretends you’re not there.
Great food as usual, we had some of their new apps that they are promoting right now. The Jack Daniel's chicken sliders were really good. Also the ribs were great as usual. I did order a drink that I received in a plastic cup that's smaller than their regular glasses. Asked the waitress and she said they ran out of the regular glasses in the back. Felt a bit hard done by that as I usually get alot more. Otherwise our experience was cool. Would definitely return and recommend !! ????????
This bartender doesn’t even hide the fact that he doesn’t like black people. I visited with a friend and we sat right in front of him at the bar. He didn’t acknowledge us at all, continued to walk past and service all the non-black guests. A group of Hispanic folks came to the bar and he eagerly greeted them and wiped down their area and got their drinks within 3 minutes. So sad to witness.

Came here a couple months ago, the food was delicious! Our server was new and was very rude, so the manager had to step in and take care of our order. Of course since she was new, she got our orders wrong and mixed up and then after the bad service she demanded a tip. But the manager sent her home and took care of us and gave us everything for free. Aside from that, everything was good.
I literally just ordered from this place on ubereats. I got the “whiskey glazed” chicken only thing is that it barely had any damn sauce on the chicken. It’s two pieces of chicken and you think a couple of drops of sauce was going to do? This isn’t McDonald’s why are ya so stingy with the sauce. At least put some sauce to the side. I mean does the sauce come out of your check
The experience was so spectacular!!! The GM Ed and our server David accommodated all of needs without hesitation. The staff especially our server and The GM was well mannered, genuinely caring, and provided an environment that was joyus / efficient for our birthday event. The food was also amazing. Five stars isn’t enough 10/10 I’d visit again.

That's what we first thought today!
However, there was a treasure of an employee, Jamese.
She came from across the restaurant to greet us. Suddenly, we had one of the best seats, water, and a menu.
Oh, and the entire process with a smile.
Not a trace of anxiety.
Our food was great. As the restaurant continued to get busier, her smile, enthusiasm, and kindness never ended.

I'm visiting Arlington with my family I'm not from here and we decided to go to this restaurant for the first time and I can say that from the first moment they took so great care of my family. The super friendly server from the first minute offering us drinks and menu recommendations so great food! My familia and I spend good time! Louis I think was the server super good server I'll definitely come back sometime
