First time in my life I’ve ever sent food back. Ordered a steak and cheese and as you can see by the picture this might be the worst sandwich ever created. Literally looks like two left over pieces of meat were put on the bread, then two pieces of provolone were put on, and then it was microwaved. The fries were also cold and as you can see one had someone else’s ketchup on it. Looks like leftover fries were scraped onto my plate and re-served. Avoid this place at all costs. Service was also beyond slow. There may have been one staff member working for every person there. If no stars were an option it would be given here.
Eliza was a very nice server very attentive.
The food came out very quick but wasn’t my favorite. I ordered a Cajun pasta and it didn’t taste quite the same like it did at the Newark location but was still okay. Other than that everything was great.
Elva was awesome. She waited our party of 8 effortlessly. She pleasantly ensured everyone had what they needed without having to ask and did it with such grace. Definitely visit this Fridays and request her. I'm almost positive she was the reason all of our food came out fresh and hot.
Compared to other Friday’s this location could use some work. The tables were really sticky & the bathroom was gross.
The chicken fingers and Cajun pasta were pretty good. The chicken fajitas were alright.
The all day drink special menu was a plus.
After a long day at work, nothing brings a smile to my face faster than a sizzling chicken and shrimp, a cold miller lite and the service of Kelly. Not only does she exude class and a wonderful personality, she’s an overall great person.
We came in for a small dinner with old friends and the staff was super sweet and accommodating. Alicia was our server and she was on point the whole time. Such a wonderful vibe! Thanks to the Wilmington Friday's staff, for making our girl's night great.
I was here yesterday night for teacher appreciation night, and it was great. The black young girl waitress's with the dread's, that served my table, I forgot her name, but she was awesome. But she was very stressed out from everything that was dropped on her. There was other workers, but they all ended up disappearing and nowhere to be found. Folks were getting mad at here for their orders being wrong, that she had nothing to do with. Mind you she wasn’t their waitress to begin with, she just picked up on their order, since everyone else just up and disappeared. Now there was and another girl and she was just as stressed out, but not that bad as the lady with the Dreads.
My daughter made the mistake of eating dinner here at this location. Tonight. There was hair in her food and not from the hair on the top of your head. That is totally disgusting and unacceptable. The manager could have cared leaa he acted like it was. No big deal. Did not even offer her another meal and offered to take just 20% off of the meal. For such a disgusting experience. I am totally planning on filing a complaint with the health department tomorrow. Luckily she was smart enough to take pictures so we have proof. How gross ????
