This place was amazing. The food was awesome. I'm in love with the appetizers. The mozzarella sticks, the potato skins, they all was great. The kids loved it as well. Might just make this my place to go place wen I go out to eat with the family.
Food was as expected but the service definitely lacked. My server had over 8 regulars who she knew and served well. She made sure they had drinks and their food and conversation was great, I on the other hand, ordered two drinks (sitting at the bar BTW) one a coke and one a margarita. The coke was fine the margarita, not so much. I sat there directly in front of the cash register where both her and her partner (who was working a different section of the bar) walked right up to with two (2) empty glasses over 5 minutes and NEITHER asked if I wanted another drink, did I need anything. Eventually I stopped my waitress and asked her for a refill. The Cajun pasta was good, the bread was delicious and the bathroom was clean. Grab another waitress and it's 5's across the board.
The steak was undercooked and salty and that was from the regular menu. Overall the food was terrible. The drinks that I order just so happened to be from the happy hour menu which I wasn’t aware of and the glasses was filled with ice all the way to the top, so basically they give you a glass fill up with ice and a splash of whatever drink you ordered, I took 3 tips of the drinks and it was done. When I asked the waitress if that’s the usual way they serve the drink I was told well it’s $4 for the drinks that you ordered so that’s why it’s like that and she gave me an attitude. I know it’s not her fault but when people spend their hard earned money at a restaurant/franchise they should be able to receive a decent drink at minimum. Don’t waste your money going to this location.
Samantha is very attentive and very much pleasant to be around. She is able to take care of the entire bar alone and still cater to the needs of me and my friends.
As someone who has worked in customer service for 10+ years, I can tell you now that Josh created an incredible experience for my family and I. Very consistent, quick, and efficient service for not just myself but for others eating around me as well. If my business didn’t over hire I would have offered him a job in the spot. My first time at Fridays but surely not my last if this type of service remains! :)
We were hungry after out at Round 1 arcade in Hicksville and not many places are open late anymore! We were hoping TGIF's in Westbury would be and it was! Our waiter Alex was very attentive, friendly and amiable and provided excellent service ???? ???? ???? ???? The food was very good. The pot stickers never disappoint. The spinach dip was good. I had the classic cotton candy cosmo, which Alex our waiter poured and served expertly! A good experience overall! ????
My family had the BEST experience at this location! Our server Connor was amazing and made sure we were well taken care of. Drinks were never empty, food was great, and everything came out smoothly. The manager Shannon was really kind and made sure we had everything!
Service was good. Food was okay. Drinks were terrible. The place was quiet but really really cold like there was no heater. Beers on draft we’re supposedly not working. Hopefully next time we come its a better experience.
