Haven’t been to this place in years, the food was worth it! Our waitress, Barbara/Barbie was attentive and took good care of us!
I used to get their chicken & shrimp skillet, but we tried something new today. They have 50 cent wings on Mondays, they were fiiiire! We got the apple butter bbq, garlic parm, and dragon glaze. The dragon glaze was mouth watering, it did not disappoint. We also ordered a cheese burger meal (came with seasoned fries and a drink).
I would recommend a little clean up on the place though, the tables and menus were sticky. Other than that, everything was good, and we will be back! ????
Barbie was the best. My kids and boyfriend and I enjoyed her service. There was also a customer there who is a regular. And she was just as awesome as Barbie ! Glad I stopped in here to eat definitely will be back!
Awesome time. I'm definitely coming here more often. My server Barbie is so lively and brings such a positive atmosphere. The 50 cent Nashville hot wings are worth every penny. ???? so yum.
I had an excellent meal. The menu changed again. I guess in some ways it's easier to order. In other ways, it's hard to find your favorites.
What a terrible food experience! First, the chips that came with the salsa had some sort of string in them, and the salsa looked and tasted like runny tomato sauce. If that wasn't bad enough, my sizzling chicken and shrimp plate was so hot, the cheese on the bottom was burnt to a crisp, causing the chicken to taste burnt! If I could give - 0 stars for the food, I would! Just horrible food service. However, our waitress was great. I give her 5 stars! She apologized for the food and didn't charge us for the food, even though we were willing to pay for the food. It's unfortunate because first impressions are everything. That said, I'm Never returning to eat here!
This location has changed so much. The waiter that took care of us was so nice, which is why we didn't leave. The food wasn't good at all. Menu is so limited. I remember when this place used to be packed out, especially when they had karaoke. I hope it gets better, or their doors will probably be closing soon ????
I haven't gone to a tgif since I was kid and after this weekends experience I wouldn't recommend this fast food joke of a "restaurant" to a homeless person. I'm genuinely surprised they were able to stay open after covid. My family and friends were out Saturday night around 7 when we came here and there was about one to two other table filled. Our host I will say was friendly throughout this awful encounter—so shoutout to Heather.
To begin one of our group members food never showed until everyone’s food was eaten. We had asked about it initially when everyone else’s was served together and then asked again after a while and was eventually told it was forgotten to be put in…
At the end of the night we were mulling over the bill and discussing if we should ask for a discount for the inconvenience and realized we were up charged for a meal we did not order for a plain grilled sandwich. However, we never mentioned this because as we looked over the bill during this time about 2 or 3 different hosts came over with hostile attitudes and were demanding if we were ready to pay. The first time we told the first Hispanic girl no and politely turned her away, and then I believe they sent a different heavy set Hispanic girl around at this time I realized what was going on. The last girl was a white old woman with box red hair and she stood in front of our kids and clapped her hands and bent in front of THE KIDS faces and extremely rudely and in a hostile manner said so are you ready to pay or not. I said yes and you can go get your manager.
I spoke with allysa the manager who was only concerned with me signing the bill. You know so I don’t dispute this lousy $150 bill ???? later on. As I’m speaking with her about all the hosts and ongoing issues. The hosts are gathered behind us at a wooden stand laughing and talking in our direction looking back so often at my family and I. I told allysa her staff was unprofessional and I would be calling corporate. She pointed me to the number at the bottom of the receipt and said have a good night.
Overall if you’re looking for a good old racist time and spending a chunk of money on lousy food with poor staff this is the place for you! These people need to be trained or fired. But like they say when you have poor service like this you won’t see me or my family spending a dollar here again ????
05/05 4pm place was empty. We were 6. The hostess sat us. And we waited for a while for the waitress to at least take our drink order. Went up to the bar and the hostess that sat us was working the bar also. She said she was the only waitress. Not great scheduling. There's a sign out front $5 bar NOTHING WAS $5. Waitress barely knew the price. For cinco de mayo there margaritas were $7-$12 and was skimpy. Did it spill from the bar to my table?
First time i ordered burger without jack sauce, now i know why. There burgers are dry. The table had a sticker advertisment partly peeled off, with the white backing. Whole reason coming here was due to the FALSE advertisements $5.
Its been a while since ive dined here, after this. It is my last time. Not even with coupons or discounts. Waitress did do a good job
