Great experience and customer service. Pauline my server for takeout was very efficient polite and cared that my order was correct when I had an issue with my rewards she tried all possible solutions and called for Rosie the manager who was able to correct the issue and make what could have been an embarrassing situation go smoothly. They both were helpful and polite and the food was also excellent , made exactly how we requested . I would definitely recommend and will be returning
Fantastic service. I love when I go to a restaurant and it feels like home. Our server Erin was amazing and our food was great. Everything came out quick and correct. Service was great. I cannot wait to come back! I hope all the servers are as great as ours and make us feel extra welcomed. We cannot wait to come back!
On Saturday 5/4/24 my 3 siblings and I reserved for a party of 16 for our birthdays. They accommodated us last minute and the service was top notch! It was our servers first big party and for her first big party she did pretty damn good! The staff was so kind and the food was great as well! No complaints! Will definitely return to them again! Thanks guys!!
The food was good! However my server, Maddy, really made the overall experience a great one! She was super sweet, quick, efficient, and adaptable to the small changes we needed with our orders. We had a great time overall!
My husband and i are from out of town and we do not have this chain in our area. What a pleasure it was! The atmosphere, our server, Kialah, was absolutely tremendous! She knew the menu, was such a pleasure to sit in her area, her smile is award winning for how busy they were. I would love 10 of her as an employer!! Thank you for the great evening!!
Food was good. Service was friendly but slow. Everything came out as ordered. They have a loyalty program there that will let you get free entrees or apps after you reach a certain dollar amount.
Julie our waitress was exceptional and very attentive. Our meals were excellent and tasty. We can see why Jessica is the Manager over and above qualities along with her great personality.
Food was good. First time at a TGI Friday. Waitress was friendly. We were seated quickly. Would recommend for a quick bite to eat in a restaurant setting.
