Probably the worst ribs I've ever ate in a long long time. If there was zero stars, I would give that, one star is still too high.
The menu said the ribs are supposed to fall apart. Nope, it was super stiff and dry and very difficult to cut even with the knife. Not much meat was on the bones either, and a big part of the glaze (especially on the down side) was carbonized too.
Overall the ribs was a disaster of epic proportions. Caesar salad & potato slices was good, but not enough to make up for it. Go to the circle centre mall to find better ribs.
I really enjoyed my visit! My server Jasmine was very friendly, attentive, and just a pleasure. I ordered the vegan burger and was very delighted. The process was quick and effortless; you see others help run food. Great vibe! Thank you.
The food is great but it’s not worth the bad service. We came here Saturday afternoon because it was connected to our hotel and we have been to many TGI Friday’s so we knew the food was good. It was not very busy and it took a while to get seated but it took even longer to order! Then, it was nearly impossible to stop the waiter because my friend had ordered Blue cheese dressing with her wings and they brought her ranch. By the time she got it, her wings were cold. None of the service staff looked like they were moving very fast. I have always thought TGI Fridays was overpriced and unimpressive as far as service and dealing with customers but this was definitely one of the worst. And if a customer parks at the restaurant which is underground, they get 90 minutes before they are charged $12. When service is bad, there goes 12 more dollars!
We went to Fridays for lunch we were looking for a lunch special. I'm not sure what we ended up ordering but it came with endless shrimp...yum! Our waitress, Melissa, made sure we had shrimp coming for our entire meal. The broccoli was cooked nicely and not overcooked as some restaurants do. The potatoes were good as well. The chicken was a tad bit overcooked, in my opinion but we had endless shrimp! We were a party of 4 that were still on the clock so no adult beverages were consumed at this time. I took a star away due to having to park in the garage and still having to pay $10 for parking even though we got our parking ticket validated. Will I go back? Probably, but only for endless ????????.
My food presentation was bad. I ordered my food through Grub Hub and Uber Eats TGIF W. Washington street of Indianapolis multiple times and both times I had a bad experience. I am sorry but I've had the french onion soup plenty of times and it did not taste or look good, matter of fact it was a strip of cheese and more bread and less soup. I am over it do not order from them. Spend your money where it's going to be done right. I work in corporate America and I am all about good customer service.
The food was good this time however I have been to this location many times it can be a hit or miss but in this vist the food was great!
Close to many attractions and let you take you adult beverage to go. Prices are a little high
Food was good. Fries were cold had to have them remade. Service was great. Cant remember her name she was expecting tho.
