Went for dinner at little before 5 pm on a weekday. It wasn't busy, and we waited 5 minutes at the "wait here to be served" sign. We went to get noticed and were seated. Waited another 5 minutes to get menus. Ordered a couple meals and a coffee. Coffee came pretty quick--lukewarm that tasted like Folgers.
Check came after 30 minutes. That's the last we saw of our waitress. A friendly cook came with our food after 42 minutes. It tasted good, but was pretty barebones as far as presentation. Water and coffee were never refilled.
The lack of service and long waits might be understandable if it was staff was busy, but that was not the case. Not too impressed.
Came here around 1pm on a Monday and were one of only 3 tables in the entire restaurant. It appears there was only one girl working, and service was slow despite there being barely anyone in the place. Food was good, the whiskey glaze on the ribs is amazing and the mozzarella sticks were awesome. Great prices, we would definitely return, but might plan to spend quite a bit of time just sitting there. Took forever to even get a menu while the waitress stood behind the bar doing nothing.
Had a bad experience at TGI. Was seated promptly but waited on hour for our food. Got our food some of the food was raw and some orders were not right so we had to wait another hour for food correction. Could be better but our waiter was amazing even under pressure.
Came in on a Saturday evening and sat at the bar. Bartender was friendly and was timely. Ordered the Al Pastor bowl and it was very good! The manager, Angela was very present in the dining room and was very engaging with guests.
Food was great, server was great, it was last weekend, slow, hostess obviously had no one to seat was just sitting at bar and her and bartender both sat and chatted it up so loud I could barley here my own convo. Not only was she talking about her sex life, what she wore to bed and all the men she added on Instagram. Unprofessional. Manger even seen them just sitting at bar. I assume she's lazy to. No one one wants to come spend 80$ on a meal to hear you talk about all the men you been with.
Used to love Friday's, but after today, I won't be going back to this location. Service was slow, we never received our appetizer, and we finally paid for our beers and left. There was maybe 10 people at the bar and a few tables occupied. Almost an hour for an appetizer! Bartender didn't seem to be able manage very well, dishes everywhere, pretty sure he forgot to put in our order. The place looked dingy overall. Sad.

If I could give 0 star I would!!! We drove an hour and 45 minutes to come here. We’ve been doing it since ours got shut down. This time ruined and it’s literally a shame. We had to wait 20 minutes to be seated (party of 2 adults and a toddler). There was no one even in the restaurant so why the wait? Never got told our waitresses name. It took 10 minutes to get asked our drink order, 20 minutes to receive the drinks after that!!! The people across from us found hair in their food and the same waitress avoided them. After an hour our food came out. The steak was almost all fat and cold. The Mac and cheese was hard as a rock. The potato skins looked like the just came out of a microwave. Received the wrong dipping sauce. The waitress had friends come in who she just kept going and talking to and holding the baby. She had their drinks and food out to them almost immediately while we were ignored. Honestly the glass of water was the only thing that wasn’t messed up. $67 meal. Left $70 cash. Honestly I could’ve had better food from mc Donald’s!!!! Tried to call and talk to manager and kept getting the run around!!! Truly so sad.
I’m not one to typically leave reviews, as a server myself, I’m very patient and understanding at most restaurants.
Last night we decided to eat here after shopping at the mall.
Although it was amazing that they were doing a fundraiser to help donate money to an organization , our server seemed much more interested in singing karaoke than she was in serving us.
The music for the karaoke was obnoxiously loud and was blaring throughout the entire restaurant to the point our server asked us to to “just point” to what we wanted on the menu because she couldn’t hear us.
Bartender replaced my drink as I did not like the first one, the second one was much better.
Overall an OK experience but was not the most pleasant environment last night.
