Service was fine for a weekday lunch. Music was too loud with odd techno music going, making it difficult to have a business meeting for us. Do not get the Nashville hot sandwich! A coworker and I did, and we both thought it was a complete waste. Mcdonald's chicken sandwiches are better by far, and I don't like Mcdonald's.
Good is good, but the last three times we went to this location, the service and time to get our food was horrible. We have not experienced this at any other location we have visited. We arrived at 7:15pm on Sunday evening and there were only a handful of customers in the place. After waiting 10 minutes, our server showed up for our drink order. She was surprised that we were ready to order as well. She left to get a Diet Coke and a water along with chip and salsa. Another 10 minutes passed before our drinks arrived. Then she left for 5 minutes to get our chips. Meanwhile, a woman who came in a few minutes after us and hadn't even been approached by a server stopped our server. The server offered her a free appetizer as an apology. We finally got our food and had almost finished eating when the woman's order with the appetizer finally showed up - and of course it was messed up! Most likely will not visit this location again.
I thought the food below par, whisky chicken not too bad, not very juicy, the frys ok but the broccoli were so salty could not eat it. I requested a different serving of the broccoli w/o the seasoning and got the same back, no difference. Not returning.
Didn't have hometown Twins on and no Internet service. Didn't have a beer but a lot of disappointment with taps not working. Still I had a great meal and wonderful server.
Meh. Remember the days when TGI Fridays was amazing and the food was good and the place was packed and sports were being played and the bar was awesome? Well that was like 10 years ago. This place was quite terrible from the onset. Family of 5 went here, place was dead except for like 10 people waiting for a table... strange but ok, maybe they need to setup a space? 2 minutes go by and host/waitress/manager?/bartender? Comes by and says "yeah it will be about a 10 minute wait to be seated". The place is literally empty.
Obviously we didn't stay as the Friday's in Bloomington/Edina is 10 minutes from here and has typically done ok by us... we can only imagine how long it woulda taken to get our food and order and everything. Place wasn't dirty which earned it a star but overall, this place ain't long for this world. RIP fridays.
First time with TGI Fridays. Overall experience was very nice. There was no wait time to be sat. Staff was friendly. Food was great. Few things that were a little frustrating however. Server took my boyfriend's drink and didn't return. Our server would just pop up out of no where. Little uncomfortable while trying to have conversations. There was a moment where he stood on the balcony above us and didn't say a word until we looked up and saw him. It was creepy and a little overwhelming. Think his name was Jason.
Ordered these food to go on January 6, 2021. Friendly staff. Gave it 3 of 5, because the shrimp in the Cajun Pasta was undercooked, the fries were too salty, and the chicken wings were very cold and not too fresh. I will be giving TGIF another try and hope it will better.
