My husband had taken our car to this shop as they were recommended to us by a friend. I was a little doubtful as I usually have him take it to the dealerships service center. After hearing about his experience and the price, I will now recommend Miami Motorsport Wheels to others. I guess there was some kind of miscommunication with the tires. But the owner was professional and showed my husband exceptional customer service. Thus having the problem solved in minutes with everyone satisfied with the outcome.
Pleasantly surprised with the professional service, installation, and quality of wheels. Have frequented same wheel/tire shop for many, many years and was recommended to Miami Motorsport Wheels by a friend. Decided to try them out and have a new favorite. Ask for Tara. She is awesome. This shop is definitely the best when it comes to tires and wheels! Tara the owner and the shop staff is amazing! love all of them. Great attitude, vibes and they all make sure you get out of that shop with a smile on your face.

Everyone here displays a high level of customer service and are equipped with wealth of information. They do honest work and look out for the customer and not just the bottom line. The owner is super cool as you can talk hours with her about cars. If you want to get dealership level service without paying a premium. Then come to Miami Motorsport Wheels.
One star is way too many for this place. What a trash business. Ran terribly, I went to these guys for a quote on a product while showing them a quote I got from another place. Instead of beating it, they matched it. No big deal I told them I appreciate the effort, but I didn't go to them for the same deal, that's not the point. Also the other place ships to my house for free, while they wanted me to drive an hour and a half there and an hour and a half back just to take the same deal. They got upset I didn't want to take the MATCHING deal not the BEST deal and reported the other company to Ferrada (the company of the rims I was purchasing) to let them know how low of a price I was getting from these people as if it was wrong, even though these snakes offered me the same price. Terrible way to do business and unbelievably immature. If they try to lie in response to this review I'll blast the page with screenshots of everything.
and of course I was willing to drive to them. These mouth breathers think I'll make the drive if they MATCH the price. No offense, but I'll make a 3 hour total drive if the deal was BETTER, not inferior. They knew this reason which any person would agree is logical. My reason for coming to them for a quote like any other company I approached is because I INTENDED to purchase from whoever offered the best deal. Your deal wasn't the best and you try to undercut a competitor who offered better business and class than you. Shame, told you not to lie.
Came in looking for a new set of tires with no prior knowledge on what exactly to purchase, walked out with a great deal within my budget range, and Tara helped clear up some things about certain brands and summer tires for my needs. I highly recommend this place!
Customer service was amazing, and Tara was super helpful getting me tires on such short notice. Overall great experience, definitely recommend to everyone.
Found out about miami motorsport wheels thru miami bimmer club, and they’ve been nothing but helpful. good prices, even better service. great people in and out of the shop.
