I can't comment on the fried chicken, maybe it's good but the grilled was a complete mess.
Sandwich was wet even without mayonnaise and tasted boiled. No grill marks, mushy, gross. Close to undercooked probably.
2 stars for fries that are somewhere between average and good.
Always I have a same issue & the chicken was disgusting and was smelling very bad
Two stars because there was a piece of hair in my burger, and my 4 piece chicken only had 3 pieces in the box. Besides those minor inconveniences, the food was decent.
Ordered late night with a 2 for 1 deal thinking I was going to get mid-tier late night fast food. Ordered the firey wings with fries let's start with the bad... the fries were just shoestring fries and in delivery weren't great. BUT WHO CARES ABOUT THE FRIES! THE CHICKEN WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING perfectly crispy and well seasoned , did I mention super juicy?! Doesn't stop there I Ordered some Cole slaw and Mac and cheese again only thinking I was getting basic late night fair. Nope Mac and cheese was amazing a gooey and super cheesey the coleslaw was pretty basic but still a step above the rest. Needless to say I will be making this a staple in my ordering and now have to make it to the store front I bet it smells amazing. 12/10 this place kills it!
Pretty much exactly what you’d expect from a fried chicken place. So why not support something more local than Popeyes? The cashier was very nice too.
I was in Dec 3rd Sunday @ 9pm hasssan the cashier overcharged me at least $5 on an order that I always get which is the number 11 3 piece tender. Wouldn't let me substitute my side of fries for something else (which I'm usually allowed do to) the order normally is less than 13-14 dollars but he charged me 18 dollars saying that that's the way it's always rung-up and that it's the charge. This man gave me an extremely hard time as we talked in circles and he still ended up charging me separately for all the sides I requested on top of the combo and for a bottle of water (that should've been included) separately as well. This guy is not professional or knowledgeable about the restaurants POS system nor is he willing to empathize with the customer when they're actually right. I do not stop by on Sundays in the event that he is working.
I feel this place is better than Popeyes! The chicken is fresh and the seasoning is delicious! I just found this spot and have gone THREE times! The staff is friendly, the orders come in fast. The place is clean and cozy. Those fries are soooo good! I found a new spot for my chicken sandwiches!
Poor customer service. I tried calling them to order food. A lady picked up and hung up the call on my face. Tried calling multiple times but they didnt pick up.
