First of all I went to this place by mistake I thought it was Mendoza shop but anyway I went into the office there was a guy but he spoke to me very rude so I told the guy that my truck was leaking air from somewhere so he told a guy to check out my truck so he was checking the trailer airbags are so suddenly I find the leaking by the airlines area so he went into the office and like 6 mechanic guys come out of the office like gangster make me uncomfortable cus I wasn’t feel ok then started looking around the truck like crazy’s and I noticed how they were like locking of each other one of the guys star to distract to me from the truck and they were acting like if they wanted to find more Bad things in the truck so I told them you know what I get to go cus I was loaded so even after I find the problem they were keeping looking around the truck and trailer so I told the guys I needed to live I come back later so the guy from the office spoke to me and a very rude way,says to me NO we are going to fix that now and I asked him how long would that be?and goes like 2 hrs and I’m like what?2 hrs why? It’s only one little valve that cost no more then 15 dls and I was sorruanding by them like a gang I suer so I say ok well go ahead and fixed ,
So after I was there and a took like 2o minutes afthat they were keeping around like boltchers and after that they $200 dls for a $15 dls valve and 20 minutes of labor.and when I finish making the payment the lady on the desk she gave me the work order in a very very bad mode so I will never ever come back to this place people go somewhere else do not go to this place

If they are completelly booked, they will not leave you without help. Thats what hapenned to me. Gave me a right mechannic, who made me happy of his service. Very glad that I met them.
2 years later and over 10k in repairs and we still have to tow the truck to a different shop to get repaired. Truck was filthy full of webs, gas tank lid missing. Interior was dirty from windows being left down. Tires now have to be replaced as they dry rotted.There are several other concerns but too much to list. The vehicle did NOT arrive in this condition. If you want to have your vehicle stored for a few years this is the place. If you want to get a vehicle fixed maybe search other business.

I took 1 of our commercial units, a rear packer truck there for a major repair. The shop had come highly recommended. Had it dropped off and spoke with Rey on the phone told him of the issues and asked for a approximate time frame. And I was told about 1 1/2 weeks. I waited for that time period and called to check on the status and was told it would be a additional week. I did not hear anything after that additional time frame so I called to speak to Rey and he was not available so I left messages and did not get my calls returned. So I eventually showed up 1 morning a few days later (this now being a little over 3 weeks of it being initially dropped off at the shop). And asked what the status was, and Rey immediately got aggressive and verbally abusive and threatened to call the cops on me (for questioning the status of my unit). For which I left and called another service provider who went and picked up the unit and had it fixed in 4 days. So after incurring a initial tow fee, and rental truck fees of a extra week and a half and getting nothing done. I incurred another tow fee and took it somewhere else and got it promptly fixed. I am sure he has or may do quality work. Unfortunately that was not what I experienced. And that is what my review is based on.
This shop does not stand behind its service. I am an over the road driver whose truck broke down close to their shop. They replaced my brake chamber and got me rolling. Sounds great right? Well it was until the brake chamber they installed went out with in 3 months. I was 150 miles from them when this happened so I had to have another shop replace it. I called Texas Truck Shop and was told that they would warranty the part, i just needed to return the defective one to them. I finally got a load going past San Antonio and brought the defective part back. I was told they would not warranty it. They have the customer service skills that you could expect to find at Guantanamo..... These people will lie to you, they steal from you and should be avoided at all costs. Consider yourself warned.
