Excellent service!! Food was on top of it!! The only thing the fries was very salty. But everything else awesome!!
It was my first time visiting this restaurant. Even though there were so many empty booths, we had to wait 15 minutes to get sitted. Ordered a Virgin Piña Colada, and I was told they did not serve non alcoholic drinks unless they are from the fountain. What? The bread was very delicious. So was the appetizer. My loaded potato was terribly salty. I couldn't eat it. I asked if the pork chops were tender, response yes, actual dish, not at all. Didn't eat it either. My husband liked his steak. The steamed veggies, house salad, and dessert were good. Coaltin, our waiter was very nice and helpful. The experience wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best either. Definitely not going back.
Loud but fun kid friendly ♿️ accessible. Food is a great seating call ahead. Parking in lot. Staff good restrooms . Blooming onion yum. Love this place

Surprisingly the ribeye steak I had there was excellent! The side salad was full of ingredients I was very pleased to not just have iceberg lettuce. The margaritas were on point! The brussel sprouts are nicely sauteed with bacon. The service was excellent.
We checked in on my phone, which we'd never done before. Worked great! Didn't have to wait inside for a table. I just stayed in the car until they texted me. The steak I had literally melted in my mouth, and our server was so attentive and nice! 10 outta 10 as usual
My husband wanted to get a good steak dinner tonight, so we decided on Texas Roadhouse. Our choice was between the Alliance location and Stow. They were about the same distance, so we went with Alliance. I used the app to get on the waiting list, so we got seated right away upon our arrival. We were seated by a very friendly employee who asked if we wanted hot rolls...of course, we said yes. Amber was our server. She allowed us time to review the menu. We placed our order. Although it was extremely busy, we got out salads right away. We were given sufficient time to enjoy them before our steaks arrived. We get the sirloin with baked potatoes. They steak was tender and delicious...much better than Outback. My husband enjoyed the way the potatoes were prepared. Overall, it was a great experience. The staff worked like a true team. We will be back! PS...we told the manager we were extremely pleased!
I took my teenage grandson to the Alliance Texas Roadhouse for his belated birthday dinner. We got there shortly after they opened, and had just a couple minutes wait.
Our server, Missy, was absolutely THE BEST. While I've never had bad service there, Missy really stood out.
She took fantastic care of us and was very personable and friendly.
As always, the food was wonderful. My grandson tried the prime rib for the first time, and he enjoyed it.
There were a couple of different servers who brought our drinks to us, as well as our actual meal. All were nothing short of friendly.
Thank you again for a great meal and wonderful service. It's obvious the staff takes pride in their work. Keep it up!
On a side note, I did express our appreciation to the manager.
We've dined here several times and never had food this bad. Both of our steaks were luke warm, improperly cooked and dry as can be. We waited almost 45 minutes for our dinners which seemed like they had sat somewhere and been reheated in a microwave. Never got a drink refill. When we spoke with someone who checked on us, we told them how long the wait was and how poor the food was. They just thanked us for letting them know. They did not deny microwaving food to reheat it. They even looked at my steak and said it looked like it was cooked well done when I ordered medium. So, I was told by them, the wait was long, the food wasn't cooked properly and it looked dry too. They never offered to fix it in any way. There is zero incentive for us to ever go back. I was so close to walking out without waiting longer for our dinners, now I really wish I would have. I could have saved myself a lot of money for what turned out to be incredibly lousy food in the end.
