Had a blast here, enjoyed the food and service! Most reasonably priced steakhouse in the area. Our waitress Raine was amazing. We’ve visited this location many times and always enjoy our time. Can’t go wrong with anything on the menu but for lunch we chose the grilled chicken salad, my husband smothered his in blue cheese dressing. I ordered the steakhouse salad and it was delicious!
Putting into words how pleased I was with our dinner service tonight is hard to put into words, but I'm going to try.
Tonight, myself and two friends came in for dinner after visiting Franklin Park. Despite the restaurant being PACKED, we were seated in a pleasantly surprising twenty minutes. After being seated, we were soon greeted by our server, Angela, who was without a doubt the highlight of our visit.
Angela, the absolute saint of a woman that she is, visited our table frequently, making sure that even despite the chaos that is a Saturday night dinner rush, we knew that she was there, and taking care of us. We were never left wanting long for refills, which is great because I tend to go through drinks rather quickly, and this hot summer day was no exception. As wee finished our meals she was kind enough to offer me a tea to-go, which I happily accepted and when received, was DELIGHTED to find a cutely-drawn smiley face on my styrofoam cup, adding to my already immaculate experience thus far. When we received the bill, it came with a hand-written note thanking us for being "so great" and wishing us "the best evening".
I wanted to write this review for two reasons; one being that I think that in the frankly wild times that we live in, that it's good to make sure that we recognize the positive things around us, instead of only hearing about the bad or controversial. Two, because Angela may just be the single BEST server I have ever encountered in any of my experiences with dining out. A sweet, kind soul who truly made all of our nights, we should be and are, thanking YOU. I plan on dining here again in the future, simply because of how good this visit was.
P.S. The food was also great.
For a chain restaurant this place ain’t bad. My family always enjoys eating here. My daughter was very happy with her steak, smothered in mushrooms and onions. She said it was tender, juicy and cooked just right. My (adult) granddaughter really liked the ribs. They were meaty with just the right amount of sauce and not overly cooked. My pork chops were a bit dry and overcooked and the sauce was a bit too salty.
Service was friendly but we had to ask to have the table cleared of our appetizer dishes so we could make room for our dinner service dishes. Also, a couple things we ordered were forgotten but a gentle reminder got them right out to the table.
Finally, payment was made easily with the table top payment system. No waiting for the check. Pay whenever you are ready. All said, it was a fun experience for a Memorial Day weekend outing and because the family enjoys the food we will probably be back again.
I’ve been to this Texas Roadhouse location many times, over several years, but today’s visit was exceptionally pleasant. Each worker I came in contact with was extremely welcoming and friendly. The food was great, service was quick, and our server, Christian, was very attentive throughout. The restaurant was also fairly busy at the time, so I think the staff did a wonderful job!
Shout out to our waitress Angela for amazing service on a busy Sunday night. Took really good care of us and made sure we had enough refreshments during the wait.
Food was great, can never go wrong with Texas for a quick steak craving.
Went last night for dinner with my family and was provided with excellent service by Josh. I made him aware of my dietary restrictions, gluten intolerance, and he took that into consideration throughout my experience. He brought me peanuts which I didn’t know Texas Roadhouse still has! My daughter and boyfriend were brought many rolls to enjoy. We all got a chuckle when he brought them a third basket that they got scarf down while waiting for our food. The food was so delicious! I just want to shout out Josh for being awesome, make sure you keep him around!!
Our favorite go to steak restaurant. Bone in ribeye we always pick out the steak we want. Love the rolls!
The food was very good, the servers were friendly, however the overall experience lacked due to poor communication between the kitchen and the front staff. Waited over 15 mins for rattlesnake bites (jalapeño poppers) and my beer. When I politely brought it to the managers attention she personally got my draft beer, (which she didn’t charge me for), and said she would take care of the appetizers. I’m assuming that meant make sure I didn’t have to pay for them because they never showed up and they weren’t in my bill.
So again very polite and kind service , just not very prompt or accurate. When the food did come out it was very good.
