We have dined in at Texas Roadhouse at least a dozen times. Recently we ordered take out from there for the first time. We were a little skeptical that it would not be as fresh or tasty as dining in. We were surprised that it actually was very good. The only negative would be that one of us ordered fries and they were not crispy like when dining in but that’s to be expected when they are in take out containers. The order online and pick up process was simple and seamless. The young lady at the pick up window was pleasant and accommodating. They included the rolls and sweet butter. The food was delicious as usual.
I ordered a Dallas fillet 12 oz It came rare instead of the medium I ordered which I could have upcooked but it was half fat. Manager was polite but didn’t offer any consolation. I am a vet who was very upset on Memorial Day about his meal My wife got a cheaper sirloin that was much better than my more expensive Dallas cut.
The food was great, the service was great the atmosphere was great. I don't have many complaints. The only thing for me was that when you have a large party they take too long to make your food. When I got my food. It was more on the warm side. But I had to wait an hour for it and I wasn't going to send it back. (OMG it was flavorful and worth the wait.) I just wish it was HOT when I got it. Otherwise, it was a steak that I couldn't have made at home. The loaded potato was worth the extra and the shrimp was grilled nicely. (I didnt realize that the picture was upside down)
I have visited Texas Roadhouse restaurants in three different states. I have NEVER had a bad experience in any. The food in this location was EXCELLENT! My steak was perfect and my family’s food was delicious. The customer service was super cheerful and made us feel welcome. I would HIGHLY recommend this location. We all loved it!
Went to dinner with the In-laws before leaving town. I had a large cut Grilled Salmon with a baked potato and broccoli. Outstanding. The fish was perfectly cooked. The food came out fairly quickly considering the customer volume. Love those rolls!
Update...celebrating my Father-in-law's 88th birthday. We had the Beef Tips (med rare) with Veggies and a House Salad. Tender and juicy. Bree provided perfect service, very accommodating.
After a long day, I wanted to grab a bite to eat so I called this establishment I ahead of time so I can place my order to go and when I have to wait too long, I was on hold for about 10 minutes at that point I arrived. I ordered my food And literally waited 45 minutes for a medium sirloin steak and a sweet potato. You would think that within 45 minutes I would receive what I paid for but I didn’t. I asked for a full refund. The easiest thing on the menu and they couldn’t deliver horrible. If I can give them negative Stars I would. I’m on my way down the block to giant so I can pick up a steak and cook cook it myself shaking my head. Unreal!!!
We took our granddaughters out for a steak dinner and went here since we had gift cards to use. Our server, Trent, was very nice and attentive to our needs and our food was fresh, well seasoned, hot and delicious! The bathroom was clean and there's plenty of parking. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is the restaurant was packed and the seating is tight, which creates a very loud environment. I'm just not a fan of what I call 'train station dining'. Despite the noise, we would definitely eat here again.
Food was delicious and I can't say enough about the service. Our waiter was Gavin and he was great. He was very attentive, up beat, and helpful. The manager also stopped t to check on us. From the minute we hit the door it was a pleasant experience.
