I ordered to go. I've had occasions where they might have forgot the dressing or something but nothing major but this time was not good. I ordered a steak with 2 sides. Steak fries and a side salad. The steak was supposed to be medium well but was closer to well done but it was edible. The problem was the side salad. I poured my ranch over my salad and as I was mixing it in with a fork, I noticed something on the fork mixed it with the salad that was stringy. I pulled the fork up and to my chagrin, it was a very very long piece of hair. Thank goodness that I hadnt ate any of the salad yet or else I would have been really ticked off. I love their house salad and dressing and this ticked me off. Do better! Should be wearing hair nets in the kitchen.
Service was not the best, though it didn't seem overly busy when we went. The food for 2 in our party came out, and it wasn't until a while later before the rest of our table's food came out. Ordered a medium rare steak, and we got one that was practically well done (see pic). Bacon cheeseburger came out without the bacon. Disappointed.
I love Texas Roadhouse. Came here to celebrate my brother’s birthday. Busy, as usual…so there was a bit of a wait, but the service was excellent and the food was delicious!!!
As everyone knows their rolls and cinnamon butter are fantastic.
I had an average experience at Texas Roadhouse. The food was okay and reasonably priced. The server was friendly, and the staff seemed well-trained and abundant. However, the constant noise, especially during birthday celebrations, made it hard to enjoy the meal. Be prepared for a long wait; reservations are highly recommended.

My waitress was AMAZING, she was super friendly.
Food was A-Ok, not bad. Bread was super soft and warm, ordered a sirloin steak with corn & green beans.
Dessert was very tasty, classic apple pie with ice cream, recommended!
Went for my sister's birthday this past Saturday. The only good thing was we were able to put in a reservation. The waiter was more interested in taking the order than making sure it was correct, let alone check on us. Once the food was delivered most all plates were left at the wrong person, my sides never came, and a few of us needed refills. My beef tips came in a bowl with the broth soaking everything, was just a bowl of slop. We needed to flag down other people to find our waiter. Then, at the end sending almost 200 we couldn't find the waiter to pay! We again had to flag down another staff member to find him. Usually I tip 20% or over, I honestly didn't want to tip as once the order he wrote down got to the table he was done with us, always coming from the back of the house when called upon. We did tip, but I definitely will not be back.
Ordered the steak and ribs combo. Cooked to what I wanted (medium) food was hot , service was on point.. nice atmosphere. Food tasted as if was missing something. It has been years since I have been there. Hoped it would have been better.in terms of food.
This was my first time at a Texas Roadhouse, and it was great! Jake, our server was attentive and friendly throughout the evening. I ordered the ribeye steak medium rare and it was ON POINT. Their shrimp was delicious and they give you the option of ordering multiple amounts, so go for that if you love shrimp. If you’re keen for French fries, get the loaded fries - so good!
