Texas Roadhouse is always a go-to for us when we're undecided. The rolls are delicious and dangerous cause you can't stop eating them if you're a bread addict like me! Although I've had my steak not cooked to my liking in the past, I'm never disappointed when we dine there.
Food is a hit or miss. Order the same thing every time. Sometimes it's amazing, other times the filet is not cooked to order. It's an expensive piece of meat.....
Salad with brown lettuce and filet not cooked medium rare. They offered to remake my meal but my appetite was gone. They did not charge me for my meal.
I feel that I've had to complain too many times now and am embarrassed to even go there anymore.
Please, servers, ask your patrons to cut their steak before you leave their table.
We went as a party of 6. The food was good. The bread and cinnamon butter was the best! The problem came when we paid. The bill was all on one check on the payment device on the table. The waiter named Chase split the bill.. we paid on the device on the table. We left tips on the cards we paid with as well as cash on the table. As we were leaving the waiter came out of the restaurant and stopped us saying our bill had a 2 dollar and something in change balance due. Without a second thought I gave him a $5 to cover it and continued to our cars. We were all confused. Since we had all paid with cards and tried to play a game on the device after paying we all looked at our bank accounts online to be sure that it has gone through ok.. They had already taken the money out of our accounts. So I don't know where he got the lack of money from. But we won't be going back to this location again. It was very odd and rather embarrassing.
So we walked in and were told 20 minutes...in the meantime couple after couple walked in after us and got seated right away..after putting up a fuss they told us that these people called ahead of time..well..wait a minute...you don't take reservations so they should have been put in line after us for quote "call ahead seating but not a reservation "we were the customer already standing there but no...we were made to wait with another excuse from the so called "manager" oh we only have one bus person...well excuse me what are you doing besides standing there...I'm sorry..we should have been seated before those last minute call ins...plus every time some was quote "a call in" we were getting pushed back in line for seating...finally just left the lack of fairness..management..and overall politeness....my opinion you need someone with experience...an adult who has management and customer service experience not an 18 year old who uses her age as an excuse to not give appropriate customer service...or a "manager" whose in love with the idea of being called a manager but really has no idea what a manager is actually suppose to do..
Noisy! Worst coffee i ever received but wasn't charged for it. Do not order coffee!
I had a prime rib and it was very good, tender and grilled to perfection. The baked sweet potato also delicious. Beer is way overpriced! A small beer is $4 and a large over $8. Ridiculous.
My grand-daughter's 4th birthday and she was sung to by a group of energetic employees.
All and all, a good experience but don't order beer or coffee.
Depending on the time you go here, will dictate how long the wait is. But never fear because you can't really go wrong here. You're probably thinking a guy like me would go steak. Normally you'd be right, but I decided to get the chicken critter salad. Definitely didn't disappoint and I left as full as I would've with the steak.
We made reservations we git there we still had to sit..we asked why..here they put us on the canceled list..they cleaned a table for us.we went to the table. No silverwear. We asked 6 times finally we had gotten silverware ..the service was bad.we had steak and shrimp. Asked for medium rare got well done..we will never go back there..did not get any apologies
The food and service at this location is outstanding! Large portions at a reasonable price. The onion bloom appetizer is very filling and tasty! The Manager made the rounds to the tables to make sure everything was OK. They do it right here!!
