Very welcoming place. First time eating there and I was shocked . Staff was extremely nice helpful and came to the table just the right amount of times .
Other restaurants can actually learn a bit of customer service from this place.
I can see why it’s always packed
And the food was large portions and well prepared and delicious

I went with my daughter and granddaughter and my son in law and his parents. The food was so good. I'll definitely go back again. ????
Even tho it was busy I got sat immediately at a table.... The server was prompt and very friendly. The food was fresh and cooked perfectly....16oz ribeye, house salad with ranch, green beans, a and a cactus blossom to start.....
The service lost a star simply due to the fact my server was seated at a nearby table with a customer who was obviously an employee off the clock. I say that due to the fact everyone in and out of the section knew him and several others sat down to talk as well. Otherwise, I had a great experience for my first visit and will return....

Exactly what you expect from a steakhouse. It's rammed every night of the week but we still got a table. Staff know how to operate a busy restaurant, food quality was amazing. We will be back!
Server was attentive and courteous. When I ordered the Steak-kabob with steak fries and fresh vegetables, she said "It comes on a bed of rice. Is that okay?" I replied yes ....I was curious why she would ask that as it is clearly printed in the menu. What is also printed in the description is " and choice of one side", though this item is included in a group of steak dinners and the line beneath the heading reads "Each plate comes with a choice of two sides." It wasn't until I saw the bill that I understood why I was asked if it was okay that the steak- kabob comes on a bed of rice (but no mention that choosing two sides with this plate was actually ordering an extra side). My bad ... for not taking in all the information, but in my defense, I WAS FRAMED!
The real disappointment was the food. I don't think I received a steak that was cut up and skewered; rather, I got pieces that were trimmed off of steaks that other people ordered. Half of the kabob was unchewable. The fries were limp and mushy. The broccoli was fresh. The jury is out on the perfect, uniformly sliced carrots.
This is the first experience I have had at a Texas Roadhouse that was sub par. I'll eat at another one, but not in Hobbs.
We get sat down really fast going in for lunch,(3 people). We then order right as we sit down. I go to use the restroom and being “clean” was a stretch. We get our food and one of the dishes we’re wrong, everything was cold. My pork sandwich definitely was leftover from the night before then reheated. It was a very disappointing trip this time. I don’t think I will return. Not worth at all what I paid for.
My salad was good, those little ???? for $8, save your money, our waitress was OK, I wanted to pay in cash she disappeared, had to ask another waitress could she find ours.
This is my favorite place to eat while working away from home. You get an 11oz steak, a great salad, and a baked potato for 21.00 bux it doesn't get any better than that.
