Best WLM Reviews

I always get the same thing, which is still way too much food for me. I get the 6oz. Sirloin with Grilled Shrimp. I ordered my steak medium, but it was definitely well done. The Snake Bites were very salty. The rest was good.
We were here just as they opened at 3:00.
Boy this place is hopping.
We've found Texas Roadhouse locations in all cities, always busy.
I will say that our waitress was wonderful, and that the food (except for one item) was really good and arrived quickly.
I've eaten at different Texas Roadhouse locations quite a few times and always order the same thing, so I don't have an issue with a food sensitivity (pepper ...yes, the seasoning).
I've never had a problem with pulled pork before because they always put the barbecue sauce on the side.
So I never thought to mention anything about pepper to our waitress tonight (who by the way was wonderful.
Unfortunately, our pulled pork had so much pepper, it caused a reaction and I've been ill for the last few hours.
Nothing wrong with the food, (although my friend, who ordered the exact same meal, remarked "boy this pork is teally spicy.")
I'm not saying food poisoning or anything like that.
Probably wouldn't bother anyone else. It's just that I have an allergy.
I've ordered the pulled pork dinner many many times at many many other locations of Texas roadhouses and never had a problem before so I'm afraid that the chef at this location this evening went overboard with the seasoning.
But the server was great, the fellow who showed us to our seat was great, the food arrived quickly, the prices are great, it would be nice if they put prices on their drinks menu, (it feels kind of sneaky when they tell you what kind of drinks they have but don't tell you the prices)
This place was almost full within an hour of opening...and that was on Wednesday.
So again I'm really not complaining, there was nothing wrong with the food it's just that it was different for the first time and to me, caused a allergic reaction.
(Please, stick to whatever recommendations you're given in terms of seasoning. There's a reason why we choose the exact same menu at the exact same chain, cuz we think that the food will be prepared the same way to certain standards.
Pepper is on the table. There's no reason you need to add that much in the kitchen)
I stopped in for lunch today and I was seated near the bar area right away. I was also immediately greeted by Grace. The food was great, the drinks stayed full, really nothing else to say other than Grace was incredibility friendly and on point with everything. Top notch. Thank you, Grace, for making my visit to your restaurant very delightful.
I enjoyed the best steak! It was cooked to perfection. Hats off to the cook. The loaded mashed potatoes were excellent as were the fresh vegetables. The bread was delicious.
Our server was friendly and attentive.
The atmosphere was ok, but very loud.
The staff was awesome! Everyone seemed to get along which is always easy to pick up on. Witnessed someone getting kicked out for being a bigot. I commend the crew!
I really don’t go here unless I’m invited by someone else. I don’t mind the loud atmosphere, or waiting longer for food when they are busy. My only gripe is every time I go there (and I’m not exaggerating) my steak is grossly under cooked. Literally the last 4-5 times I’ve been there it’s been this way. I like my steak medium rare, the last two times I ordered medium to try to rectify the issue and the steak still came out blue rare. I’ve cooked a lot of steak in my life and always use a thermapen, my steak last night was lucky if it was 115 degrees. That said, I do usually order a thicker ribeye and that can require finishing in the oven but whatever it takes they need to fix this issue. I can imagine they under cook due to the fact that they can always take it back and keep cooking it and if it’s over done there’s nothing they can do. Steak was good after I returned it. It was actually medium rare which is what I wanted to begin with. Also, not that I wanted anything for the issue but I wasn’t offered any kind of comp or apology from the manage, just that I was to let her know if it needed cooked longer. I get that things happen and it’s not that I won’t go back if someone wants to go but this has happened every time to me.
We took my daughter and granddaughter out for my daughter’s birthday. Waitress was not very good only saw her twice. We’re seated in the back dining area. The music was so loud you could not hear the other people at the table when they spoke. I loved food but it was hard to enjoy it as the music was so loud. I love music but I also go out to eat to spend time with my family
40 min wait that turned into a 1hr and 20 minute wait, got served appetizers before drinks, told they were out of plates for appetizers and rolls. got there at 530pm didn’t get out of there till 815pm. Was only 5 of us at the table. Love TR, but was by far the worst experience we had ever had at one. I will say our waitress was very nice and attentive. Could have just been an off night idk, it sure wasn’t a roadhouse night.
