Well, this restaurant is part of a large chain and yes, there are locations in Texas. Personally, I tried to steer clear of restaurant chains, but someone I know loves this place so we go once in a while. It’s always busy, good for them. That means the noise level inside is likely pretty high, it is what it is. Starting with the complementary buns everyone loves, that comes with a slightly sweet cinnamony spread (which I understand to be half butter, half margarine, correct me if I’m wrong) this is the kind of food that packs on pounds, clogs your arteries and raises your blood pressure. Of course you’re not likely to die right there, so enjoy it while you can. Now, on to my personal enjoyment. I thought the fried pickles were excessively salty, but the rest of the food was quite good. The portions are quite large and considering all you get, amazingly affordable. The service is very good and friendly and even when it’s very busy, you get your food and a reasonable amount of time. Bottom line, we’ll be back, just not too often.
It was amazing I loved the food I got the Beef Bites and the steak was cooked to perfection it was delicious when you bit through it and the mash potatoes were amazing. Also the bread was incredible it was fluffy and the taste was anmazing especially with the butter it had some sweetness in it too. Our waiter and server was so nice and the atmosphere is like sitting with the family. I would definitely recommend to eat here for sure.
Can’t go wrong with this place. Kind staff, very fast service, and great food. We ordered the ribeye and rib combo. The steak was cooked perfectly and had a nice charred flavor. The ribs literally fell of the bone. It did not disappoint.
Service is always great but they have changed. The taste is very different. Not the same great quality I’m used to
First time to try Texas roadhouse and the ribs and grilled porkchop did not disappoint! Our server I guess his name was julio or I don't know made the experience great! I wish I could remember his name, for sure the name is of Spanish origin. Parking is ample. Accepts credit/debit. Has high chairs. Lots of searing
My boyfriend and I went out on a date to Texas Roadhouse. We were really in the mood for some good steak. Boy did we get some good steak. I got the 6 oz Dallas fillet with crumbled blue cheese on top cooked rare, along with a sidekick of grilled shrimp skewers and the best green beans I have ever eaten. The green beans were cooked with bacon and onion in this gravy and it was so good. I also got a house salad. The house salad was not your normal lettuce, cucumber and tomato, there was egg, cheese, lettuce, tomato, shredded carrots. It was very good. He got the 8 oz Dallas fillet with crumbled blue cheese on top cooked rare. He also got a sidekick of ribs and a loaded sweet potato , broccoli for a vegetable .We had a cactus blossom and fried pickles which were amazing!! For drinks I had an old fashioned which was perfectly made. He had the Long Island iced tea classic which was made perfectly as well. I highly recommend Texas Roadhouse for all their food. They also have hand cut steaks that you can pick when you walk in.
I have been to this location several time and have had mostly positive experiences. Yesterday, about 4:30, my daughter, granddaughter and myself went for dinner. To be fair, it was busy, so when our food took longer then usual we were fine. But after 30 minutes, without our server ever checking up on us, i asked her to see where our meal was. She checked and said it wasn't ready, but it shouldn't be too much longer. 10 minutes later the m.o.d. came over and apologized. But still no food .
Overall we waited almost an hour. I had to go to the m.o.d. to get our check and take out boxes, since our server never came back to our table after our food came. Even though our server in the bar area was not great, i felt the m.o.d. should have been more attentive.
Decent food. Great service. Very loud restaurant. Portions have gotten smaller. Parking is annoying.
At least the rolls and butter never let you down!
The drinks were made exceptionally well.
