If 0 stars was an option I’d give that. Ordering take out here is never pleasant and at this point I never will again. The mobile ordering system used to have the option to order a different side with a burger but that option disappeared a long time ago so I used to call to place my order so I could ask a person to make sure I got what I wanted.
Last time I tried this, I was told that I needed to place the order myself anyways and when I expressed the reason why, I was told to wait on hold for someone who could “handle this” and then hung up on. I did call back and it happened again. Obviously I ate elsewhere.
This past time, we were going to get Panera for an easy night out, but for the price and the fact that we’re always still hungry later, we said- “let’s try Texas Roadhouse again. We’re never hungry after that.”
So I ordered myself via mobile, went to go pick up my food at the window and waited for a person to appear and they never did. So I went inside to the “order” station and waited almost 10 mins before a dishwasher finally came out of the kitchen and asked if I’d been helped and I said “no I’m just picking up my order” He got someone to help me and when the lady came out she told me to check my bag. I did, it was missing buns so I asked for buns. Everything else appeared ok but it’s also very dark in the restaurant and I couldn’t see well. The fries looked skimped on so I asked if that’s really all it come with and I was told “everything is portioned, it looks correct”…I should have opened the bins because I got home to realize that not only did the burgers look both burned and like they were microwaved, but my $23 steak was undercooked and had two sides of onions for a side rather than potatoes. I brought the meals home and my family asked me if I ate their fries on the way home…what’s in the pictures is all that it came with. It doesn’t even come with a pickle anymore.
Honestly very disappointed and pathetic service. I have worked multiple food and customer service jobs and never was I taught by my managers to leave a counter unattended or be so short with customers. I understand short staffed or busy nights, but it was not busy and regardless, if you’re going to decrease portion sizes THAT much, you’re throwing your money away now on bins that are wayyyyyyy too large for your portions. May have saved pennie’s but you’ve lost a customer. I almost went back for a full refund but it wasn’t worth the cost in gas or my time going back. Not happy, never eating here again.
We haven't been there in quite some time. We (I) was disappointed to see that the display showcasing the steaks was empty. I don't know if they stopped allowing people to select their own steak, or if they just ran out of the ones you choose yourself.
We were seated very quickly, despite the place looking busy. We received prompt, friendly service. The food was very good. My steak was cooked perfectly, meaning it was rare and grossed my kids out. But, it was delicious and well-worth the wait.
The cost was what one would expect from a steakhouse. It will cost a pretty penny. But, I feel like it's worth it. The food was great, the servers don't seem like they're feigning interest, and you leave feeling like you got a lot for your money.
This Texas Roadhouse location has great staff. The food is very good, I have no complaints! Will definitely be coming back!
Went on a Sunday night and it was packed. The food was good. The service was great. It was suuuuper loud, and got louder every now and then for people’s birthdays.
I went for takeout. It was excellent! The restaurant was packed, but it was Friday night so understandable. The food was on time and delicious! The guy working the counter was polite, considering how crazy it was. No complaints! I'll definitely be back!
The food is always great no matter what we get. And the service is friendly and good every time we go. The rolls are to die for.
I grew up on country music and just entering the restaurant fills my country heart. I enjoy the music and the atmosphere, and I absolutely love if I'm sitting somewhere that I get to see them line dancing.
Our party of 3 were seated right away. A man named Kevin was our server and he was awesome. On top of all our needs and very friendly. Food came in a timely manner for how busy it was. Food was hot and tasty. Great experience ????
I been here before but it's been every long since I visited so on February 14 2024 I took Ray there he never been to any Texas Roadhouse before we where greeted excellent the waitress very lovely all the staff the food was on point
