Not only did these guys try to fill my car up with the wrong oil, which I had to stop them from doing, but these Jack wagons also overfilled my oil level to the point which now I’m on a road trip stranded with a blown head gasket and oil that has leaked into my spark plugs.
Super fast inspection but still thorough. Friendly staff.

I went in last week to get a full service oil change. I went to use my wipers 2 days later and my fluid was empty. I paid $75 and was ensured all my fluids were checked and topped off. Now I have to check everything else because I don't trust they did anything correctly. This is the car I drive my family in and need it in proper working order at all times. Either they are moving too fast and sacrificing quality for speed or they just don't care enough to get the job done correctly. Either way, I no longer trust them with my vehicle.
