The young lady's that work there are both Awesome at their job! Their patience with customers especially us older customers are immaculately! Such a Blessing both of them!

The Brownfield ladies are so nice, friendly, and efficient - even when a person has not made an appointment! This is the best place to avoid a long wait line or unfriendly staff. I highly recommend Brownfield!

Amanda was very friendly and efficient...even started my request before my appointment to make it more convenient for me. She clearly explained everything I needed to do.

So I travelled from Lubbock to the Brownfield dmv due to Lubbock dmv having ridiculous requirements, and ridiculous appointment wait time, and I want to thank you guys in Brownfield, yall treat people the way they should be treated. EXCELLENT JOB, I'm extremely grateful yall treat the citizens with respect, and appointment wait times are reasonable.

The ladies here are wonderful humans! They are very supportive of young drivers and their parents navigating the mountain of required paperwork. It was worth the drive to come to this location. Katrina was super helpful and patient!

This place is a joke. Went many times due to they want (1) no summary of your bank for proof of address they want a statement ok AL rightly! (2) re-schedule than went again . sorry I'm by my self and I can not take no one for driving test (3) re-schedule.. ok than lady came back on Tuesday pass the damn test GREAT! All to put my name wrong missed spelled cached that in the office so got it corrected! Mom called me told me the address was wrong. Me already in Lubbock! really ladies they have all the information and they missed spelled name and address! (4) have to go again! People if you do not enjoy you're Job QUIT!!!!! If you do not fit that type of job QUIT NOW! Ridiculous!!!
