My son had his car repaired after hydroplaning, and it was a simple repair (bent control arm). They replaced it, and painted the front bumper. Control arm started to make loud metal to metal noises, we brought it back, they put grease. After 3 more times of this, we took it to GUNN Honda. They said whoever installed the control arm, didn’t even torque it down and destroyed the control arm, knuckle, and a wheel bearing.

They didn’t admit any mistake and did not stand by their work, when we showed pictures and video from Gunn right after coming from their shop. They stated everything was installed correctly, when it clearly wasn’t.

They prey on people, especially those who don’t know. They also claimed they replaced a fog light harness, they didn’t. They spliced the fog lights to the headlights so now no matter what you do, the headlights and fog lights are always on together. They obviously didn’t do anything about this.

They will ignore your calls and not reach out if they know they’re the ones who messed up.

Please don’t go here, there are so many better shops. PLEASE just go ANYWHERE else other than this shop. From their other reviews, I wouldn’t trust any of them.

DON'T BRING YOUR CAR HERE!! Worst experience ever, my work vehicle was brought here, I had left my wife's bracelet in the console (was taking to get cleaned) and it was stolen. The response from management was " don't leave valuables in the car!" HOW ABOUT TEACH YOUR EMPLOYEES NOT TO STEAL. What a response from owner. You sing a paper saying don't leave valuables. Maybe your employee should sign a paper saying don't please don't take other people's belongings. It's called stealing

I love this place The staff there they are very nice I love the way they they fix my vehicle when I have to put it in the shop They do a great job.

My service rep was Brandon Frame and he is my HERO! He originally stated that the work would take 4 days but he was able to have everything completed in 2 days!!! And washed my car! The waiting area is comfortable, clean and with a coffee/drink station! The girls at the front desk were always very professional and super helpful!

On 5/10/23, I was in a minor car accident. A Chevy Silverado smashed into the the front left of my 2013 Dodge Charger, I looked up some body shops near with good reviews and that’s how I found out about Texas Collision.

They had my Dodge for about 2 weeks and oh man they did a PHENOMENAL job! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and just over all great!

My 2020 ram is there right now because a catalytic converter was stole from it, and because they did such an amazing job with my Charger, I’ll be a life long customer of theirs now.

I HIGHLY recommend them!

2 twice I have had work done one my car with them. The work was done well and within reasonable time. All throughout this process they would call with updates. Definitely will continue with their body repair services, in the future, and highly recommend them!!
