Miracle workers! I brought my car to Testa Rosa in 2 occasions this year. Both repairs were perfectly done, I was fanatical.
In the first crash, I took my car in once the parts arrived to the facility and the very next day they called me to let me know it was ready, extremely convenient.
The second repair took about 2 weeks because it was through my insurance that was not handling anything correctly. I was impressed that Betty was on top of things and on the same page with me as we were dealing with my frustrating insurance that delayed every step we tried to make. After the repair was completed, I was in awe. My car definitely looks better than when I took it out of the lot. They also gave it a great wash (my wheels were orange before) and vacuumed inside!

Folks leaving. 4 or 5 stars DO NOT know what they're talking sbout. They're just folks that could care less about their vehicles. 2 yrs from now they're on to the next car n soon n so on.
I won't even go back for warranty issues.
* Over spray
* Wet sanding swirls
* tape/paint lines, parts not remove as work order instructed and verbal contract. Paid for removal and replacement, but it didn't happen
* Kept vehicle for ten weeks.
* Loose piece of metal or plastic in trunk cover.
* Had to buy a new steering clock, not sure why that went bad.
* Missing items from.globe box (ammo magazine )
* Used epoxy to stuck bumper to corner panel after being told not to do so. LEAVE AS IS not comprehended.
DO NOT TAKE A CAR YOU LOVE HERE.
I first took my car to Auto Tech in coral gables (fancy highly recommended place), I had to take it back 3 times for them to TRY to fix my car... every-time their attitude was worse even from the business owner who told me he didn’t want my business (I guess I am too picky) I finally had to take it somewhere else (professionalism and CUSTOMER SERVICE wasn’t their thing...) well the nightmare was over when I took my car to Testarosa! They did an AMAZING job the first time I didn’t have to bring my car back! Amazing customer service and a fantastic job! I was a bit skeptical at first but don’t let the humble space fool you. This guys do a FANTASTIC JOB 200% recommended.
My experience here was seamless: quick & easy. I've had bad experiences before, so I was hesitant at first, but they've really proved me wrong. The customer service was great, but most importantly so was the repair to my front bumper, grill, paint & lights. I 100% recommend this neighborhood body shop. Look no further ~

I've learned my lesson, next time I have an issue with my car I will not return to use this service. I hired Testa Rosa Motors to restore the rear bumper of my car trusting they'd provide me with quality service. I was wrong to think this. While inspecting the car before leaving I noticed a few scratches and mentioning this to Wilky Perez, the technician who assisted me with the dilemma. Who responded with a condescending tone "you're being picky, you don t see the scratch we've done all we can". Now, I don't see how wanting my car to look good as new if i'm paying for the parts, labor, etc is being "picky", he proceeded to "fix" the rear bumper with what seemed to have burned the plastic together to seal the scratch. I again brought this to his attention, he responded with an annoyed tone by my concern with "well, if you want it fixed you'll just have to wait for me". I left with a sour taste in my mouth with the service I received, never have I had this experience with a company. This is not an honest service and am bothered to have left this review.
Stay away from this place. Took my car to get the door fixed, it took longer than they had said it would, and when I went to pick it up, they had crashed it. Their lot is tiny so they pack in all the cars like sardines. And when they tell you they'll call you with information, they don't. I had to call repeatedly throughout the process, even when I told them I was upset about this, they didn't make any effort to have better communication with me.
Brought in my (my00) s2k based on a review I read on s2ki and I’m not disappointed with the quality of work. With the covid19 situation happening the turn around might be slower but quality most certainly did not suffer as a result. Manny is very knowledgeable yet still the typical “auto body guy” trying to sell more than you actually need and will fast talk you so be sure to pay attention and do your own research as to what you actually need. Betty is very sweet and professional but unless you speak Spanish you might run into miscommunication .Thank you Manny

Edit. Upon further inspection I would rate the job done a 7/10. Not bad but not the best. There isn’t enough attention to detail to consider this a 10/10
