Usually go here for good prices on used tired. Called to get prices on wheel balancing. More expensive than a majority of places in town. Employee asked if I wanted wheels balanced today. After hearing their pricing, I declined and stated Badger State had a more fair price. Employee rudely remarked, good luck with that, and hung up. Excellent customer service award goes here... I suggest going to Badger State tires. Great prices, great customer service. Won't be going here any longer.
Excellent service! Good prices great selection of new and used tires. Owner is great person to sit and BS with. The other guy working is rough and can't always tell when he's joking
I would give ten stars if I could! I picked up a screw in my tire and was told I needed 4 of them! I took it to Terry and he patched it up and I was on my way in 15 minutes for $490 less than I was quoted! I’m so grateful for his help and honesty. It is so rare to find these days!
Went the extra mile to find odd ball tires for my trailer and gave me a good deal as well. Good service and good people.
I have been getting tires replaced here for the last 8 years and the price and service cannot be matched. I usually pull in and it generally takes 15 - 20 minutes and back to my day.
