If your car looks anything like mine do mot come here unless you want to be humiliated and insulted. Idk about most people but I only take my car somewhere if I have to, and that usually means it’s an emergency. I did the best I could at cleaning my car in a rushed situation. With that said I took my car into this establishment in hopes of getting my spark plugs fixed. Instead I received zero respect from the time I entered the door to the time I left. At first I was uncomfortable as the male employee who was assisting me and my partner, started asking very personal questions about our relationship ie.” are you the go getter” this comment was made several times to my partner in reference as to who wears the pants in our relationship. That should have been a hint at how this interaction would be going. I want to state that when I came in all of the staff where sitting around a table talking and joking. No other business was being had, no cars in the bay, no one’s car being worked on. It was dead. I gave my keys to the male employee and left. An hour and a half later, I received a call from the same male employee stating “ I will not be getting in your car and you know why”. I honestly had no clue. Again, I removed all trash besides a few spare pieces of paper. I was unable to vacuum my car due to this being an emergency and me needing my car back for work. I go back to retrieve my keys and ask this gentleman why he cannot work on my car. The response I received was not only the most unprofessional but the rudest response I have ever received. “ I will not work in a trash can”. I have never had an issue in the past, hell, discount auto took my car no problem. Customer beware this is not only a unprofessional shop but one that will waste your time for no reason other than lazy people not wanting to work.
Gave me some good advice, and didn't charge me anything for it, when I went by concerned about a check engine light on my vehicle. If I need a repair in the future, I feel confident this place will treat me fairly and honestly.
Terry of Terry's Car Care Center in Sherman is a great, knowledgeable, fair, helpful and sympathetic car mechanic. For the past 5 years I've come to rely on him and his shop for all my mechanical needs.I appreciate it.

Terry is the person I trust with my cars. He is Honest and transparent.
Ill definitely be using Terrys again! Went for a complete tune up. They were very friendly, very reasonably priced, extremely quick and they cleaned all my piggy mess out of my car since I about live in it for work!???? Thanks Terrys! Yall are great!
Guys care about doing it right and helped my mother's car when a $1000 part went out and there was only 5 new ones in the US. They found a used one and fixed the car for about $350. Works perfect and I am glad. she had been in hospital for bypass surgery and really did not have the money she had been outta work for a month with no income could not afford to pay for a $1000 part + labor so at $350 for parts and labor I am so thankful for them to be one if the last few mechanic shops to care about the customer they could have just told her new parts was the only option. Way to go Terry you are a life saver and I will personally be using them now as well. Is so hard to find a honest shop these days. Thanks again you guys.
