Best WLM Reviews
First off... I absolutely love Teriyaki Madness--- usually! I'm not sure if this location is corporate owned or a franchise... Either way, for some reason the food at this location is nowhere near as good as other locations in Vegas. The pot stickers are never cooked correctly... be sure to skip them! The noodles... just subpar from what I've experienced at other locations. We've been to this location 2 or 3 times to make sure it wasn't a one off...but no, subpar food is the norm. I'll likely pass on this location going forward.... But I'll definitely be looking to try another location... Cus... it's Teriyaki Madness.... usually Yum!
I have been eating teriyaki madness for many many years from the one on blue diamond. I’ve eaten at several other locations and I don’t know what’s going on but none of them are the same as the blue diamond location. They are not even close. We just ate at the north Decatur location and 89130 ZIP Code. I ordered the spicy chicken dinner with yakisoba noodles and we got one other small noodles with vegetables no meat. The spicy chicken was terrible. Lots of gristle in the chicken, and there was hardly any chicken at all. It was extremely soupy. I could pour out at least a half a cup of liquid , maybe a full cup the noodles were mushy and way overcooked the vegetables were like microwaved and soggy. It was overall terrible. Usually there is three times that amount of chicken on that specific type of order. This is the first time we went to this location and will never go back , the seating inside is very strange. Also claustrophobic and miss aligned. They charged $31 for something. We basically threw away after five or six bites. I don’t know what’s going on with customer service and quality these days but people just don’t care all I can say to you is do not patronize these locations until they fix their food quality and portions 100% as we are spending our hard earned money on terrible quality And small portions. Teriyaki madness franchise should be ashamed that they have this place even open for business, and I will be contacting them as well. I am friends with the two brothers that started it after they took it over from somebody and I know the franchise is run by a company in Colorado. I was actually going to do a franchise once, but after I see how poor the quality is I don’t want to be associated with them. it’s funny because the franchise in Colorado talk about how all of their places are consistent has amazing quality food etc. but they are mistaken. I’m going to have to let them know as soon as possible I would consider closing this location down if I was the main office.
I stopped in today at this Teriyaki Madness location and was disappointed in my tofu bowl. But typically they are better, so Im hoping this is a 1-off experience.
I ordered via app (prepaid + tip) then ate in.
Tofu bowl with brown rice.
Usually there's a lot more veggies than I got today... I'd say today was less than a quarter-cup worth. LOADS of rice. Way too much. First time trying brown rice tho -- and I think I will stay with brown. It's great!
The amount of tofu was fine (about double what I could eat).
All in all, food would be 5 stars if a better ratio of veggies to rice.
Service was just okay. But it could be the cashier was busy with food prep. She was not friendly and a little rude to me... I feel sad about that (sorry my haircut isnt a happy nonverbal, or whatever... I'm wearing yellow ???? I was smiley, friendly... but I sat down kind of sad) didnt dock stars much just the 1 star because always in the past it's been a good experience.
Atmosphere: I mean, it's a fastfood place. Good enough. Table was sticky, but pretty clean overall.
Will I return? Hard to say... as I'm writing this review I still feel a little sad.
They don't have the sauces out so you have to ask. They seem to have gotten really cheap since the last time I was here which was years ago but 15 bucks for a regular and it barely filled me up. It seemed half full. NONE of the drinks were flavorful. Something seems wrong with the co2. Hard pass. Won't be back. $15 plus a drink ($3)and... ask for a tip. Hard hard pass
Disappointed with the service, our food order took close to 30 minutes. For a bowl of spicy chicken with a side of fried rice. I don't understand why it took so long in the restaurant there was only one person before us ordering and another person already eating. I ask for a plate, and the cashier gave it to me with an upset attitude.
Just to let you know, all Teriyaki Madness aren't the same. This location

First time coming here wanted to try it out. Cool little fast food style place. Lots of good side options like edamame, gyoza, shrimp tempura, etc. They have different bowl size options. They come with rice and veggies or substitute for noodles. The food was good a bit on the sweet side for my taste. Overall it was good prices were ok.
Service: good
Customer service: good
Food: good
Was a good experience, the food was a little sweet including the dumpling sauce it came with. Spiced chicken wasn’t very Spicy but overall it was pretty good. Covid is still an inconvenience which the very low risk but the employees are wearing masks and signs state masks need to be worn. Although if you sit down covid can’t infect you.... still find that funny about the guidelines.
Overall it’s worth the experience.
