We always enjoy eating here but it was especially good today. We each got the crispy and light Shrimp Tempura, and shared a delicious Spicy Chicken Teriyaki over Fried Rice (small upcharge but worth it) and a yummy Katsu bowl over noodles (also a nominal upcharge, also worth it). The sauces that came with the dishes were delicious, and the sweet lady who ran the register and checked on diners' needs offered us extra teriyaki sauce. (Was she the manager? Sorry I didn't get her name).
The place was busy but clean and well run.
Went for the first time, was excited to try. Ordered to go. Myself I got a salmon bowl and was a bit disappointed. The salmon was a tiny piece of fish like it was half a regular size salmon. I don't know if that's the norm there but they charge extra for salmon and say you have to get a regular size bowl or bigger with the salmon. For what? It could of fit in the smallest bowl they had. If I decide to go again definitely won't be getting the salmon. You wait a pretty good time and then this little piece of salmon that was soggy.
Super unfortunate the prices went up and the food quality went down ???????? they had great food that I was totally willing to pay for but the past 3 times haven't been the best with burn noodles and no sauce ..

I've been coming to this location for prob 10 -15 years and get the same thing each time. Usually my bowl is filled up to where there is sauce on the inside lid from there being a bunch of noodles. I went here about a week ago and got my usual and it was legit half filled. The price was 20~ bucks. I asked the staff member if they could add some more noodles as my bowl was very empty. They said everything is pre measured from crporate.
I emailed corporate and they told me they will let management know about my concern.
Safe to say I'll just eat at panda express down the street and save about 6 bucks and get way more food.
It's a delicious, freaky, fast way to get teriyaki without the wait. The customer service is phenomenal, I am always appreciated and respected when I ask for my requests on my bowls. The cashiers are really impressionable and nice with this establishment. The food is not terribly expensive but up there depending on what you order, but I could not finish a regular size bowl in one sitting ever. Basically saying they fill their bowls to the brim, and they do not hold back on any ingredient added because it's all fresh and hot. The yakisoba and rice are amazing, too. There's also Sriracha and soy sauce on the side if you prefer with plenty of teriyaki sauce and sweet and sour. Highly recommend this place for a bite. Restrooms and lobby are always clean, too.
PS. The steak teriyaki is amazing. And they have a points system on their app which works well. :)
Great customer service! It was my first time and the young lady was patient with explaining the process and very polite. I was there around 730pm on Saturday, November 25, 2023. She was very pleasant. The food was fresh, light and delicious. I will be returning to Teriyaki Madness.
Orange chicken on the right. Spicy Chicken bowl to the left.....I came out of my way to dine in at this location has always been my go to when eating Teriyaki Madness. My wife and I waited for 30 min for our food.....her chicken was not done and they made Teriyaki chicken for mine and just tried to cover it up with hot sauce. Unacceptable. Been doing business at this location like i stated for years. I won't be back. I was told the manager is Maria. Please do better!
Tried something out of the norm today, Teriyaki Salmon Bowl & Chicken Katsu Bowl. Both were great, can't wait for my wife to try the Salmon Bowl.
