We tried Teriyaki Madness for the first time and was served by Johnathan J. He was very nice and funny and make really good suggestions I enjoy the food and the costumer service was amazing would definitely try again! ????????????????????
Food tastes amazing and I was filled to the brim with rice and noodles but the tofu was barely half full and when asked about it they just said that’s where they’re supposed to fill it to. I’ve been here before and it also been full. I’m paying quite a bit for spicy tofu for it to be dry, overcooked, and not even filled to the top of the small container. That same little man always acts like someone unalived his cat. Guess he going through it. Cheer up bud you’re in customer service
I tried Teriyaki Madness today for the first time and it was a great experience! The woman taking my order was so kind and helpful, she walked me through the menu and even let me try the spicy chicken before I ordered. My food was delicious and the customer service was top tier. I manage a restaurant, and this establishment really impressed me.
I should have known by the restaurant being completely empty that my experience would be an unpleasant one.
The worker who met us at the front seemed like she couldn't be bother to really help us. No sense of customer service, no greeting, and absolutely a flat affect. After begrudgingly taking our order, we decide to dare eating our food at the restaurant. Not only was the size of my entree not large, but wasn't even what I ordered. And they expect a tip when you pay....ha. Maybe if they concentrated on customer service instead of listening to earbuds or being on their phones their dining room would be full.
I was excited to try TM, but I will definitely not be back again. Food was otherwise unremarkable. I have had better from Chinese fast food.
Food was excellent but I feel Hustled. Food pricing was not Correct according to Menu board. Ordered 2 Proteins(15.49) Salmon and Orange Chicken with a base of Yakisoba Noodles($1.29), and added spicy Tofu( $2.79) as an Extra, eggroll, and Large Drink($3.99). However, they still Charged me $2 more for Salmon. Explain please. Pics of receipt and Menu Board. I wonder how long this has been going on and how much money ???? Has been taken this way.
The service was pleasant. The place was clean.
They cook the food as you order it so you do have to wait a few minutes to get it . But when they brought it out , it was piping hot. I got the orange chicken and it was a little different than what I'm accustomed to , but it was good. The bowl was proportioned well. I really liked the veggies in it and the noodles.
Gave them a second chance and shouldn't have. I asked for a combo, they didn't ring it up as a combo and said I could have it upgraded for free since it was their fault. Only to be told a moment later to come back and pay for it and they'd refund my first order. We'll see if it gets refunded. And my friend who was with me waited over 20 minutes for their food only to find out they just. Lost his order. Or gave it to someone else. Of course no compensation.
For over $16 for a small bowl of food that you could get at the mall for cheaper and with more sides.
Sauce is very sweet, very sugary, veggies aren't salted, or if they are, I couldn't tell. Tea was out of order, fruit punch was watered down and the Pepsi was a bit flat.
I'm most disappointed with the service. While the cashier apologized, the manager seemed to give no sh--s. Just telling the cashier it was his fault and shrugged her shoulders. She made no attempts to apologize, or refund the order.
For the price, you could go across the street and get something way better. Very underwhelming and bad service. Please support better restaurants in the area.
Teriyaki Madness was definitely a vibe. The staff were provided a warm, friendly and inviting atmosphere. Everything was fresh and made to order. We order the spicy orange and the teriyaki chicken with egg-rolls. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to any family member or friend of a friend!!! I will definitely be coming back to visit soon.
