Went in for a fill in and wanted a nail design I had a photo reference. The owner did my nails rushed the entire process even though I was the only one there. He left the chair to go to the back to get supplies but I caught him drinking a beer bottle, I wanted to just leave then. My nails feel horrible, they are chipping only after a couple hours. I wish I could get a refund for these I’ve been getting my nails done for a long time and these are the worst I’ve ever had.
It was by far the most humiliating experience. Unprofessionalism, discrimination,& disrespect. I was patient, open,& honest with what I wanted, but took suggestions. He chose not to correct his mistakes,& he proceeded with a regular client. I spoke my peace. He said go,& don’t come back. He was very rude.
Super friendly, lots of help, very organized polishes. Bridal party of 8 plus bride & 3 Moms. You a did an excellent job!!!!! A Perfect 10! Just went again & Brooke took great care of me. Great job again on my mani/pedi!
Went for a gel pedicure and my feet have never been so well taken care of. My super callus-prone feet are now the softest they've been... possibly ever. Everyone there was customer-focused. There was definitely a fun vibe. I'm sure I'll be going back!
Ten perfect nails is the bomb nail salon!! I have been going there for many years now since around 2007 or 2008 and still going there to have my nails done!! Bryan and his assistants are great! I am always pleased when I leave the salon. Keep up the good service!! Customer forever!
The staff is friendly and quick but the place is filthy. The bag liners are reused. Massage chair are old and very uncomfortable. Did I mention how dirty it was. I was there right after they opened yet the floors looked as though they hadn't been cleaned in a week.
I am not to picky on where I go but I will not return here for sure. Please clean and update.
Super affordable prices and good quality! Brian is the best and is almost always available for walk-ins. I go here for acrylic fill ins every couple weeks and an occasional pedicure. Always very gentle and attentive!
My daughter and I had acrylic nails ???? put on for her high school prom. We were both pleased with the friendly staff and reasonably priced.
