Texted two days before with the time and destination kept getting back “ok” texts. Said I need to be there by 3, at like 2:30 I texted and was like “when are you coming?” No response. 2:50 I text again, “Are you coming soon??” No response. So, I’m freaking out and I call right? This man said something like “oh man I didn’t even see that” and called another driver. By then it was like already 3, and he calls me and says my driver’s seven minutes out. I’m like “uhm okay, that sucks I’m already late” driver gets me and tells me I’m paying $15 for a 10 minute drive on a LATE RIDE. Never using this service again. Would give zero stars if I was able.
Drivers Very Unprofessional..Smoking not wearing a seatbelt..Drive Like they transport Hood Rats.Drivers need training.. Ownership needs to Get involved.It could be a Very nice local all walks of life taxi service.
I really wanted to be able to leave a good review. Unfortunately at this point I can’t. I was told my requested pick up time would work. A little over an hour later I was contacted by the driver. By that point I should have been at work already. Luckily I was able to finally get picked up by one of the ride share app drivers (which isn’t easy where I live) and got to work 45 minutes late.
They are very unprofessional and when I called to ask were my ride was they wasn't answering the phone SMH I don't Recommend
I'm a regular customer with these guys and I can't be happier with them! They treat people with respect and are reliable, however people they are humans have a life and things come up .... Some of these reviews and comments I see about them just aren't right .. I appreciate y'all more then u no always make sure me and my daughter get where we need to on time! And I don't have to leave the comfort of my home to go get food! Thanks again y'all see ya soon! Pinky and the owner himself (I always forget ur name I'm sorry) are the besttt but they all nice
They were very professional and about their business. I support any African American "black" businesses as much as possible. They are going to be on time and also they don't take long to arrive. They also receive payment method of cash or cash app which is very convenient because a lot of things are electronic in this day of generation. I recommend that you use this transportation to your advantage. It's very convenient when you don't have your own transportation of if you are in a position where you need a back up transportation. Very well and very convenient and also love the timely fashion. Normally black folks are on CPT but I can honestly say not when it comes to 10 dolla holla.
Do not use don't show up say they will but don't made arrangements never showed up no advance notice cost me 500 in no refundable tickets had to be there by 320 said they'd be there 215 was up waiting at 1 even tried texting and calling at 3 am never showed up wouldn't have gave them any stars only way I could write this
Pinky was my driver. Very friendly, car nice & clean & arrived at a very timely manner. I used their service twice that day. I will recommend & use their service again if needed.
