The lady that was working on Friday March 22nd 2024 between 5PM & 6PM does not know how to do eyebrows at all she made my eyebrows so uneven I have to wait for them to grow back out to get them fixed. I will never come back to her again
if you love your eyebrows don’t come here! the lady def lost her touch and it shows. she rushed through the threading, then i had to tell her to remove the hairs she missed, sat back in the chair and still had some hairs she left behind. not to mention my thick eyebrows are gone ???? she thinned them out so bad i haven't had this thin of eyebrows since highschool smh

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! I cannot tell you how horrible they lady was today. My friend and I walked in and she didn't even great us. She sat at her desk and was on her phone for literally 5 minutes and we had to ask if she was open because she acted like she didn't want to serve us. I told her I wants my brows and lashes done and she let out a deep sign like it was the biggest inconvenience to ever happen to her. I should have left then but oh no. She proceeded to do my brows. She is literally ripping them 10-15 out at a time. I get my eyebrows threaded at least once a month, the pain is nothing but this was horrible. She proceeded to my lashes (mind you, she never let me see my brows). I told her I want my lashes to look natural and she just slaps on about 3 packs making me look like I have on full glam eyes while I'm trying to sleep! To make matters worse, half of the f**king eye lashes are glued to my eyelids and not my lashes. I COULDN'T EVEN OPEN MY LEFT EYE BECAUSE SHE GLUED IT SHUT!!!! If that's not bad enough, my f**king eyebrows are literally bleeding and I cannot even touch them without them stinging. I got my eyebrows and lashes done on August 10, 2017 at 3:30pm. It is August 11, 2017 at 1:13am and I've had 3, THREE separate sets of individuals fall out. I wouldn't even recommend this place to my worst enemy. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else. I'm going back tomorrow to get a refund or something, my eyelashes are patchy af!
This has been my go to place for eyebrows for years and now I must find somewhere else to go. The lady has lost her touch. Shame too because she would always do my brows perfectly. I walked away today with damn near all of my eyebrow gone and I don’t wear makeup. I definitely do not recommend this place.
Even though I told the lady not to mess with the thickness or line, she still did and now my eyebrows are both way thinner and one is much more than the other. I am very upset about this. I will absolutely not be returning.
