I had called Pam for a last minute walk-in she booked me for 3:30; she had a cancellation @ 2:30 and tried to get ahold of me but was calling the wrong number so she figured I wasn’t going to show up. Then I get there @ 3:30 ???? I had told her I want acrylics with flower design. In the middle of her doing my nails she goes and grabs her other client brings her to the room and sits her down for pedicure and than didn’t have anytime with me to finish what I wanted.
Pam has a long experience in nails ???? I’ll give her that but she sticks to basic nails. So if you want BASIC NAILS Pam is your gal. Anyways so yeah she totally dismissed my design and tells me I’m done & that the total was $48; I give her large bill ($100) she gives me back $48 ???? I counted it in front of her and she tipped herself $4 dollars ???? when she didn’t deserve a tip. Yeah I could’ve brought it to a more blunt talk but I just said forget the $4 dollars; I’ll never get my nails done with PAM again for her poor character.
Busy salon, also does beautiful flower arrangements. I drive 100 miles to get my hair done by Nicole. I have never had my fine, see through hair look so healthy and gorgeous. Worth it
Pros: the stylist I had an appointment with was very friendly and nice. The haircut was decent.
Cons: I went to see the “color specialist” Kaitlyn or Kat, expecting to have my hair nicely done for my birthday. This was actually one of the worst bleach jobs I’ve ever gotten done on my hair. I asked for bleach in specific areas and showed her multiple photo references. She seemed confident, so I assumed that she understood what I wanted. She just gave me uneven highlights. Half of my head is more blonde than the other. She didn’t bleach to the root, on my entire head and it’s super noticeable if I put my hair up. I offered to show her the photos multiple times because it seemed like she was just lost. It didn’t look anything like the photo reference I showed her. I asked to have pink added onto the bleach a light pink. And she tried to put hot pink in my hair. Lucky for me I noticed the color was to dark and stopped her before she went through with it. I left the salon with my hair looking like a hot mess. My advice, don’t go to Kaitlyn for color. I have only been there once and that was my experience. I can’t speak for the quality of the other workers there. For color go to a different salon or do it yourself because it will come out 100000% better than whatever Kaitlyn is going to do. Save your money and time folks.
Tina is a whiz with my hair!! I've been a client for about a decade. I use the products she recommends and my hair is soft, healthy, and bouncy. I love that another reviewer said "she's tiny but mighty" Lol Perfect description. I agree!????
I went there one time to get my hair shampooed & styled and a great job she did, but now I have been calling their clinic ever since to make an appointment with thier aesthetician Karla, but they never answer their phones or return phone calls on messages that have been left no matter what time of the day I call. As a business woman myself that is not good business practice.
Maybe they have more clientele than they can handle , if so more power to you !!! S.p

Tina is amazing. If you ever need a professional who cares about her work she will deliver each and every time... She's small, but mighty!
